As three resident directors on a one hundred home ‘new build’ site, we are into our sixth year with Dedman, having just renewed the contract for another two years. Reaping the benefits of using a small, local agent compared to our previous large ‘remote’ company, there is always support available when needed and we like the ‘hands off’ approach that leaves the Directors to make considered decisions for the benefit of the residents on site. Professional and approachable (Dan), with a very fair pricing system that seems to recognise the proactive work undertaken by the directors, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dedman Property Management for similar sites.

We have been dealing with Dedmans Property company for a number of years for some of our properties in Essex and London We find them really great - highly professional, personal, friendly and very efficient. We have dealt with many other Managing Agents and Dedmans are at least twice as good. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done people. We wish you every success in the future.
