Fishy

Basically same issue as everyone else: site says max five days to ship out and I never got any word of it shipping, it's been over a week. I commented on their Instagram and they got back to me and said they'll ship it but yeah we'll see.

I've had the same issues as everyone else

I've had the same issues as all the other reviewers. I ordered 6/27. Checked their FAQ and saw they have a 3-5 day shipping time. Sent an email with an inquiry on 7/3 got nothing back. Sent a facebook message 7/15. No response. Sent a follow up email. No response. I will be initiating a charge back. I'm super disappointed in all this. I was really looking forward to the candle and wax melt I ordered.

No communication

No communication, no shipping, it's been two weeks and zero movement. I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company and, if other reviews are any indication, I'll get that settled before this company does anything. If I get what I ordered, then we'll see.

Charged back

Ordered a candle and wax melts. About 3 weeks out with no update I reached out to them with no response. After a month I reached out again asking about order status, no response. I engaged with my credit card company to initiate a charge back which was granted. They contacted the company and they eventually shipped it after the charge back was initiated.
I would not by from this website again as they can't be trusted.

No communication, no product, scam company.

Zero communication, no order updates, no shipping, no product. They advertise 3-5 day shipping when placing an order, and also charge $6 for said shipping. It's been nearly a entire month and I've heard and received nothing. No response to emails. Will be disputing on my credit card. Stay away, scam company.

Update: It's now been 2.5 months since placing my order, there has been zero response to any communication. Stay away from this company, they'll take your money and you won't get anything.

It's no wonder they don't accept PayPal

A waste of time and money, I placed my order on December 18th in hopes it gets here before Christmas, they say it usually takes 3 business days to ship orders out, even their Twitter stated to order by sunday (18th) to get it before Christmas, well that time passed and still nothing, not even a shipment confirmation email.
On January 6th I wrote to their support section and only got an email stating that they got the message and will get back to me, and still no response after 4 days
