Hands down the best CRM we have ever used.
We are a company of 5/6 recruiters and moved to Loxo from Bullhorn. Best decision we could have made. This is the most intuitive CRM, and it has made us 100x more productive. The Chrome extension is next-level, the AI chatbot is unbelievable, and when you are stuck, the human support team is always available.
The AI Search is pretty good and always improving. The automation throughout the platform and email automation outreach is incredible.
The platform is so integrated! We got rid of Contactout, Woodpecker (email automation) and Calendly. I feel like some recruiters could downgrade to LinkedIn Light due to the AI search. This has saved us so much $$!
Everyone on the team is helpful and easy to work with.
The reporting at Bullhorn was almost non-existant and the reports at loxo are so extensive. SO impressed!
One other cool thing is the candidate reports and job-specific reports. You can share so much information (graph-based reports) with your clients about the search, bringing them under the tent (so to speak), which helps you build trust and close more deals.
There are definitely things to improve, such as small glitches from time-to-time (nothing big) and some nuances in the product, but the product team is always working to make the product better and they actually listen to your feedback.
Loxo has saved us time and money and I wholly recommend the product to any recruiter (single) or recruitment orgnanization.
