As ever, Decadent Vapours sent my order (concentrates) in a timely manner in a well packaged parcel. Flavours are great (there's something for everyone) but would love to see the return of DV Gingermel and DV White Chocolate.
I've rediscovered DV Sherbet Lemon concentrate - used to taste like Lemsip but this time I added a drop of Capella Super Sweet which completely transformed it, a new favourite of mine.
All in all a bit pricey but worth it.

Ordered deciding to pay instead of free delivery because I've run out of liquid, all Friday and Saturday waiting and now I have no liquid. Quality is good but delivery time and customer care are just 1 star. Not a first time customer, I've left hundreds and hundreds pounds over the years and I've noticed a degrade of quality especially on customer care. Probably is Time to looking around for something better. As I said quality is good but you will pay for that, which is fine, but I want a good customer care.
