My parcel has not been delivered and…
My parcel has not been delivered and after repeated attempts to rectify the problem they have been very obstructive. I hate to use the age card but at 77yrs old I thought my skills on my iPhone were ok but obviously not and if you could help in anyway please do

Bad returns policy
Ordering went fine and the delivery, but the service for returning is poor. it would not me do it on line, zo I sent an email and returned it through the post office. I do not think I should have to pay for this.
I will not buy anything more from Debenams.

Very easy website
Very easy website. However I ordered a storage ottoman which stated it was 40cm each side, one it arrived it was smaller !
Be aware that the sizes aren't always accurate....
