Had to ring today the 9th July after…
Had to ring today the 9th July after still no refund confirmation,the shoes I received were faulty in several places and cheap over glued woven nylon slingbacks, clearly not checked before posting out to myself,had to chase and then told sorry they were on a pile not checked and that was after I was put on hold so someone could go see what had happened,this is not the first time had to chase for a refund either,I will be staying away and not buying again appalling customer service

Excellent sandals
Speedy service and delivery.
Excellent sandals which are very comfortable and didn’t need wearing in. They are as supportive as Birkenstocks, but have cushioned leather covered soles, so are more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The parcel arrived really quickly! I loved the Coach trainers - added bonus they were sparkly which I missed form the description online! I bought three pair of sliders however 2 were returned. I found the return process slightly clunky and needed to reach out to customer services. They were excellent - responding super fast. Also the £2.50 flat fee for returning makes ordering less daunting in case you end up with a large postage bill to return. I’ll purchase form Daniel again - the range of products is amazing and customer service on the ball.

I puchased shoes in mill hill shop…
I puchased shoes in mill hill shop which fitted great and I am very happy with them.
I bought the sandals online same size a shoes from shop. THe sandals I bought online did not fit at all. too big .
delivery and return was excellent but money taken off for refund was disappointing.
