Professional recruitment process and excellent communication

i had a very positive experience with Dals during the recruitment process for the interpretor role.The communication was clear, professional and well-structured from the beginning. I would especially like to mention the coordinator, Alexandra Ladaru, who was extremely helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the process. She explained each step clearly and answered all my questions.I am very happy with my experience so far and would confidently recommend this company to other language professionals

I have been working with DALS since…

I have been working with DALS since March and I am very happy with my experience so far. Payments are always made on time, and Alice was extremely helpful throughout the recruitment process. All departments respond very quickly to any queries. Bianca Loghin has also been very supportive and helped sort things out whenever needed.

I hope this will become my main job, and I am looking forward to seeing the pay rate increase over time. Overall, I highly recommend working with DALS.

I'm working for DALS since 2019

I'm working for DALS since 2019. Initially I didn't intend to turn this job into my main source of income but eventually it happenned. Can't complain about something significant. Yes, there are some issues such as not enough bookings or travel expenses are not fully covered. On the other hand, payments are always on time. If there are issues with payments (missed bookings or travel expenses) they are always resolved. A big thanks to Cosmin Parvu for providing a great support with DBS service.
