Our integrated fridge freezer failed during the heatwave. Called Dacombes on the Tuesday, by the following Monday, brand new fridge freezer delivered, installed and old one collected. No fuss. No hassle and an exceptionally professional and courteous service received from the showroom and the fitting team. Definitely use them again and further proof that using local suppliers over the faceless corporations pays dividends. Thank you for the service chaps, very much appreciated 👍

This is the second appliance we have bought from Dacombes in the last couple of weeks. Service is excellent and the delivery was fast an efficient. Prices are also a match for the larger electrical retailers with free local delivery.

Ordering in store was effortless. Delivery was on time, and single delivery driver had to manage a 2 man delivery on his own.
My only complaint would be, that the day after i ordered one of my items went down by £20. I would have expected the salesman to contact me, and offer the lower price, before delivery.

We ordered a BOSCH dishwasher a week ago when we saw Mark at the store. He was very knowledgeable and with his help we chose our dishwasher. It was installed today 4 JUly when Ed and Kieran arrived as scheduled . They were courteous, competent and made a very good job of installation. We were delighted with the whole process and will certainly use Dacombes again. Excellent from first to last.

Excellent, helpful and courteous service both from store staff and the delivery men. We have used this local company before and will continue to do so. Cannot fault their customer service, and they are all too ready to help should there be any issue.

Living remotely from my rented out flat there are times when you need a local presence to deal with repairs & replacements. In this instance a washer-dryer had expired and Dacombes were able to process my order and install the new machine with the minimum of fuss. Also, a good price & warranty was on offer. Hence, no hesitation in recommended their team if you need a robust & reliable Euronics dealer in the Poole / Bournemouth / Wimborne area.

My integral fridge/freezer was old and needed replacing .l needed help and advice as to what was now available and what would suit my needs and fit the space . Having spoken with the Dacombe sales team it was decided that Lee ( installation / advisor) would visit m home. The organisation was smooth and professional and Lee s advice taken on board . Tall larder fridge ordered . Lee and Keira carried out the work of removing / taking away old appliance..and fitting new fridge including necessary alterations needed with such skill and expertise . Kitchen left clean and tidy . Both Lee and Keira are cheerful and polite . Thank you for a job well done .

This is a local company which we have used on previous occasions and have always found the staff helpful and the installation engineers to be polite and efficient.

Great customer service for my elderly mother. She asked if they would clean behind the old washing machine after pulling it out, before fitting the new one. The young gentleman was more than happy to oblige. The machine was fitted with ease and the staff were very respectful whilst in the home. Great service!

Mark was very good in helping us choose the right TV, he went through the different models in our price range and explained things in an understanding manner.
The chap who set up the TV was very pleasant and helpful and explained the fundamentals very well.
We would certainly recommend Dacombes to anyone looking for first rate service in a pleasant environment.

Can't fault it, everything went well from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls, sought out extra information for us and went the extra mile. The delivery went without a hitch, the two delivery guys were on time and very efficient and friendly. We were Holman customers until the two companies merged and it looks like the excellence will continue.

Firstly, the shop staff (Jakub and ?) were very helpful in ensuring our replacement induction hob would match the dimensions of our existing, (no longer made) hob.
The delivery men (Ed and Kieran) then took time over modications to accommodate a different power connection on the new hob.

Dacombes gave very helpful advice before purchasing the fridge/freezer. The delivery was made on time and the fitters were very helpful, courteous and tidy.
