Having bought from Cyxus before - I am astounded at how far their standards of service and delivery have fallen in the space of only two years.
I bought blue-light filtering glasses in mid-2020, received them in good time, and got great use out of them until they broke earlier this year. I went to order a new pair in late July, little did I know that the picture of them on the screen would be the closest I would get to seeing them.
The order was made, and I used the tracking link to see it progress from China to Australia. Only for it to mysteriously end up in some random unknown warehouse and sit there for a month before I asked questions.
Apparently they attempted delivery to my house but there was nobody home - all I can say to that is nice try - I know for a fact that I was home all day and not a soul came by to deliver anything.
I asked about the status of delivery, they promised to arrange re-delivery in a very poorly-written email, and then nothing for another month until an automatic email asking to review my experience. Well, here it is.
I don't know what has happened to Cyxus, though I suspect it has been outsourced to China or similar as responses I received to my questions concerning delivery were in broken English, and the delivery was via a Chinese logistics company.
Other basic aspects of customer service are simply a failure. The FAQ page on their website isn't for customers, it's an FAQ page regarding the website template! Amateur hour. Seriously.

I’m not sure if it was the prescription…
I’m not sure if it was the prescription but it seemed like it would be different when I roll my eyes or look at different parts of the lens. I got extremely dizzy wearing the two pairs I got even after giving it some time. Did not work well for me. I can’t go through the process of shipping back to states when I live in canada

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The package got held up at customs and the representative kept telling me I needed to send customs the information they were needing to pass it through. So I called, waited on the phone for an hour to get connected to someone who could help and when I got through they said the business shipping the product needed to complete forms with their address the name and number of the shipper and a few other thing I would have no idea about. After giving this information to the Cyxus representative that the shipper had to provide this info and fill out a form, as well as passing along an email address and all of the information they would need on where to send this info the representive fought with me for 2 days still insisting I was the one who had to fill it out! This is an out of the country shipper. I didn’t have any of this information and why would I this is their business! How would I know their address and the name of the person who sent it and the some other numbers they needed. Two days they fought with me about saying they didn’t know what they could do to help when I was literally telling them what needed to be done and what email to send it to. I will never buy from this company again after the most frustrating custom service i’ve ever experienced.

Third Pair and very happy!
This is the third pair of glasses of have gotten from Cyxrus and I am very happy with all of them. 2 pair are the blue-blocking with magnification and the other pair is only blue-blocking without magnification. I use the magnification ones for computer and tablet use and the pair without magnification to watch television. The price is great and the service representative worked with me to get the last pair because I made an error and did not get magnification. She was very helpful and replied to my emails quickly and efficiently. There is a wait time to get these glasses; but, is well worth the wait. I would recommend these glasses to my friends and family and anyone who asked me about them. PS: I used HONEY and got a small discount on them also!
Never received my glasses
Never received my glasses. And asking me for a review. Worst communication for a company. Don’t expect to be reached out to properly for any issues and may never receive your item.
