Awful experience!! I made my an online order more than 20 days ago. They took my money but never sent the jumper I ordered. My first order has arrived today and…
My first order has arrived today and it’s beautiful. A lovely wool jacket in slightly Potters pink tones.
Delivery was within France took 7 days.
The Problems I had was with placing the order. I’m a new customer and when trying for a few days to order my first item, I kept getting the error message in the checkout area, that says ‘sorry this shop is not accepting payments at the moment’ please try again later’ I use Apple iPhone and iPad.
I tried contacting but it’s very difficult , however I did manage via instagram and their global communication service who manages many different shop brands - and once my message had been received, the response I got, implied it was my fault…… that I needed to use a different web browser, a different device, include screenshots….clear cookies, etc, etc. I had done all of this before contacting them plus I included screenshots in both French and English of the error message.
My research lead me to the possibility of the fault being with Shopify or similar payment processing programs, which I suggested to them…… but as of this afternoon I still cannot place a second order.
But the jacket for my mum is super!
NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
We are fortunate that our order of 3 chest of drawers was delivered without delay.
However, Cyrillus has a very poor after sales service. I have sent several emails (immediately after delivery and unpacking the items) and Cyrillus have not responded to my request for assistance with issues.

Awful experience with Cyrillus online indeed! Placed my order more than 20 days ago, card was debited but no information received so far about my order. If only for some customer service response ten days ago apologizing for delay and promising to send tracking details asap… I am still waiting. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I could have definitely found a better way to spend 160 GBP. I have never seen anything like this… makes one lose trust.

I placed the order 10 Days ago and it is still not processed, the ordered product not sent out. I addressed the issue with the support: via phone and email asked for cancelation of the Order. They do not want to do that. On the phone the person said that she cannot do the cancelation, but my email will be read by some other department and acted on it. But nothing happened. They just say I can return the product or refuse to accept the parcel. But how long will this take until I get that and can send it back. I payed for it and need to wait now for my money.
I would never recommend this store. Stay away!
Can't unsubscribe
The item I bought was actually good BUT I can't unsubscribe. I've tried dozens of times and still get their marketing emails which is really frustrating.

Terrible customer service, will never buy again. Took months to finally get a refund and so much chasing.
Update: And I do not appreciate a false reply to this review. I had to contact you repeatedly over and over to finally get the refund for my purchase after months. Very frustrating experience and I advise you to never buy from them.

I would give Cyrillus a negative star rating if I could. I purchased items worth $2,420 from Cyrillus in April and never received them. The delivery service indicated they couldn’t deliver to my address and returned the package to Cyrillus. Despite accepting the package, Cyrillus has not refunded my money, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Their customer service is slow, irresponsible, and unhelpful. I suspect the company is scamming people out of their money. My $2,420 has effectively been stolen.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole! I ordered a denim jacket having seen a good review oft it in The Times. The postage was extortionate and I don't think I realised it was coming from somewhere in Europe. It arrived quickly, on about 5th April but it was too small. I went on the website to find how to return it and get a refund. I found some information and followed it to the letter. I returned it on 9th April . International tracked postage cost £14.75!!. In late May the parcel was returned to me having been refused by the Netherlands postal service with no explanation. Eventually i found a way of emailing Cyrillus and explained the above. I am now being told that I chose the wrong way to return the item and if I pay another £12++ I can return it via DHL. This would be throwing good money after bad and I am resigned to giving the jacket to a small friend or donating it to a charity. I have wasted about £100!! I feel very cross that the correct way to return the parcel was not made clear on the returns website. Judging by the number of one star reviews I imagine others have had similar difficulties. I have told Cyrillus in an email that I think they make it deliberately difficult to return items, so that they don't have to refund people. Never again shall I be tempted. Avoid at all costs!!.
FREE or NOT FREE returns that is the question
I was about to place an order but I wanted to check if there was a free return policy. I checked on the website and here what it says:
''Any delivery costs paid in connection with the returned parcel are non-reimbursable and will be deducted from your refund unless you have paid in advance.''
CAn anyone understand what this mean? I contacted customer service who said to check the website.
I guess they do this on purpose so when you return items, they charge you? why not being transparent about it???
No refund a month after the return...
Sent in a return one month ago (Jan 6th), still did not receive the refund.
I ordered some items on order number CYCOM11071; then send three back for refund, no. 4131352, for a total value of 220,-. I shipped them Jan. 6; still received no refund nor any message.
On a second order, I received a children's dress that was a few sizes too large; and the wrong item for a shirt. But now I am unsure whether to return these -- will I even see the money again? If I sell them second hand I will at least receive some compensation.
Cyrillus make nice clothes, but they obviously haven't figured out the online business.
Shame. Avoid.
awful quality
awful quality - spent a good bit of money on a duvet for my daughter and it literally is two pieces of basic cotton fabric sewn together poorly. the pattern is adorable and that is the only thing it has going for it. its subpar cotton and super scratchy sheets. huge waste of money. I can not believe this is the quality they are putting out.

No response to e-mails and items not delivered!
I made a big order on the 16th of November. I paid and waited, still NO sight of the package and no one to communicate to on the Cyrillus webpage. They have absolutly NO costumer service. I´m truly angry and disapointed with how they treat costumers. I have been e-mailing so many times now, telling the story of my purchase and the order numebr etc but it seems the only answers are robotic and nobody to call. I even called their costumers service in Paris but they refused to help me.

Horrible shipping and after-sales service. I have been waiting for my refound for almost a month. A very bad experience.
No help at all with postage
Placed a significant order, expecting delivery within 4-5 days as indicated on their website. Leaving France shortly after that. Email with detail of order says delivery in 6-11 days. Phoned to cancel or get faster postage, and no help offered at all.
No refund for returns
I have sent items back almost two months ago and have still not been refunded. I have a DHL proof that the returned items have been received at Cyrillus. Emails have not been responded and the customer service number does not work. Unbelievable. Order number: CYDE27814
Good experience of shoes purchase
I ordered shoes and got'em in about a week and a half (from France to Greece). In good quality and, what is important when it comes to shoes - the size fit great! Thank you Cyrillus shop and team, as my customer experience with your shop was great :)
