A complete scam

I bought some clothes during the black friday sales. After a month I had still not received my order and asked for an update from customer service. They replied that they are checking the situation. In three days, no update. I sent a new email and after a few days they replied that they are not sending the order and asked me to make a new order online (with higher prices of course). They have not issued a refund.

Still awaiting refund for a return I…

Still awaiting refund for a return I sent weeks ago. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY: They are a scam and have no customer service. Don't waste your time buying anything from them.
I have chased them multiple times for help and just get no action. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered 2 of the same by mistake, won't let me log onto my account, the link to change the password doesn't work. No way to contact them... I'm stuck with a very expensive piece of clothing of poor quality also..

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered an item which I returned using a tracking service and the return label provided by the website. It has been returned me
And Royal Mail say everything was correct and the Cyrillus refused to accept the item. They are now saying they don't recognise the order number which was the order number on the website and my invoice.abhorrent company

Be aware about higher prices …

Be aware that for costumers outside France, but still in Europe, are online prices approximately 10 euros higher then prices in shops or online in France.
Cyrillus informs that it is because of their marketing policy. I must say that it’s a very strange policy and definitely not costumer friendly. Very disappointing

SCAM!! How are they allowed to operate?

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Ordered a child's dress on 12/18/23 and by 1/1/24 the tracking still said "processing". Emailed customer service, 2 days later I got a vague response saying they would look in to it. By 1/5 still had heard nothing - no update, reassurance that they had found the order or that it was on its way, no remorse, no timeline on fixing the issue, etc. I have since then requested a refund as I haven't received what I purchased (it hasn't even shipped and who knows if it is even a real product they sell) and also because there is no indication that it has been shipped or -- even that there is a human being representative working to solve this problem! This is my first time buying from them, they seemed reputable. I should have looked here first, as I now see this experience is common. They essentially fool customers and steal their money. Legal action should be taken against this company.

Prior to ordering, I have a product query but cannot find anywhere in their FAQ's to get this information. No e-mail, on-line chat, telephone number.
It makes me wary of ordering anything from them

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I returned part of my order and never received a confirmation of the return nor a refund. I wrote MANY emails to their customer service and NO response. Thankfully, I had paid with PayPal, thus I opened a case and I got the refund from Paypal. Today i wrote an email to Cyrillus customer service AGAIN and they did reply to my surprise but not not to my comments. Just to let me know that I have my refund back (thanks to Paypal though). No any apology, no any comment on the lack of their customer service. Nothing. I am definitely not going to shop from them again, ever.

Great children's clothes, don't expect a refund, or a reply!

Their children's clothes are lovely, but a refund on an order returned in August 2020 has still not been refunded. They partially refunded it after I chased for a year, so they received the returned clothes. I found the email address info at mail.cyrillus.com on a marketing email. There is no contact information on the website apart from a form, which they do not respond to, and for which you have no mail trail. I did once get a response from the above email address, hence the partial refund, but I have sent numerous emails, which are simply ignored. They are not covered by the ombudsman, so there is no come back for this company unfortunately. I think it is only possible order from them on the basis that I may or may not see the clothes or the refund, which for me is not good enough! I have wasted a great deal of time chasing this, partly as a matter of principle, as I don't think a company should be able to get away with it.

I'm guessing these guys don't care about their customers as a) no number or contact email b) no response to any of the complaints below c) when ordered baby clothes - the sizes are soo small - tried to return but absolutely no information on how to return...

Shame.. I used to like their baby clothes a lot

Shopping Experience with Cyrillus

We've bought from Cyrillus several times and are very satisfied with the clothes (baby and women clothing), the fast shipping and most importantly - with the customer service. Two items in our last order had issues, we contacted customer service, got very fast response and after reviewing the photos a refund was issued. I think that proper customer service is very important, it shows that company is ready to take responsibility when required, and gives us - customers - the confidence to shop there even.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order that was never delivered. There is no way to get in touch with them or to request a refund because they have no contact information listed and do not respond to emails sent to them. Horrible experience. I would NOT recommend dealing with this horribly run and fraudulent company.
