Great experience, fast shipping, got my wheels in a couple days. Will be doing business with Custom Offsets again.

Easy and efficient

They helped confirm that the tires and rooms would fit in my vehicle. When issues came up their sales department reached out by phone call and text to get my order out as fast as possible. The HD clutch rims and dynapro at2 extremes were a perfect setup for my Platinum explorer and would highly recommend that anybody who's looking for tires or rims purchase from this company.

I bought a 2025 Acura, and my wife hated the black chrome wheels (19” with 255/40 r19). So I bought some beautiful 18” wheels from custom offsets and am having 255/45 r18 tires mounted which will give me a better ride with the slightly larger sidewalls they are Aodhan ah02 18 x8.5 with 35 offset. Really nice!

My 3rd set of a wheel tire package. Customer service was great. Right down to the company that delivers. I would not want to get my custom parts for my vehicle anywhere else.

Very well and considerate customer service. Went to buy a set of wheels and I put a down payment on it. A couple days later I got an email that they were discontinued. I then got contacted about getting refunded or choosing a new set of wheels and getting a discount. After I chose a different set they gave me a discount and I also ordered tires, lug nuts, and a couple other things. Everything got delivered except lug nuts. Contacted them and they fast shipped the lug nuts. Really great service.

These guys took a return back & sent me the correct part after I had the part over 6 mos. I just never got around to installing it. Seeing how I could prove that they gratefully accepted the return/switch. And they def didn’t have to do that for me!

Everything was super smooth, amazing price, wheels look awesome and love the new KelFire tires!

Great experience. I have ordered from them before and had a great experience then too. This time I needed to call in to change part of my order and Nicki was pleasant and helpful at making the changes.

I only got 2 wheels when shipped. They said they sent 2 wheels in 1 box and 2 others in another box. This wasn't true I got each wheel separately. They said I was lying about not getting all the wheels even after I sent photo evidence of the wheel boxes individually with tracking stickers on the individual boxes. After another 8 days of fighting with them I got another wheel by FedEx. I sent in proof of that and then they finally decided I wasn't lying. Then they started blaming the vendor said they didn't ship all of them. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son turning 16 and we are waiting on these wheels to give him his truck. Well it's been another week since they said they were getting a wheel shipped and nothing. I was told on 2 different days they promised to get me a tracking number for the last wheel and nothing. It's obvious at this point that someone isn't doing their job and following up with vendors or wharehouse people or something. Meanwhile my son is still waiting on his birthday present and no one can give me an answer on when or if we are going to get the 4th wheel. It's been a month since I placed the order.

I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs to speak to an actual person

I ordered a set of wheels, black and bronze. While preparing them for ceramic coating, the guy noticed that one of the wheels was lighter in color than the others. They contacted me immediately to ask if I wanted to continue with the lighter wheel, or wait for them to get a replacement. I opted to wait, as I was in no rush. She stated that it would add 3-5 business days to the delivery. To my surprise, it only added 2 business days and they were delivered on Sunday. They look amazing and I will be posting them on the site, once they are installed.
