Worst company to deal with for wheels. Ordered fitment based on their system. I got a email on 4/1 stating they won’t fit and to contact them on what other wheels I’d like to get or just get the rear fitment. I Tried to contact someone since their system messed up the first time how am I going to know what will fit now and what wheels will be in the same price range, and got nowhere for two days. Finally someone called I missed it tried to call back and got no response again. Eventually I got thru a day later and was told that the wheels would actually fit and that the company isn’t far from them so no added time to the delivery as they’d be there within the day or two. I hear no updates till 4/14 that the wheels arrived at 11am my time on the east coast/ they are on the west, telling me they were gonna be mounted and shipped by the next day. I got a email at 3am 4/16 that the wheels are damaged and there will be an additional 8-10 business days to get new wheels in. Then once again it takes two days to get ahold of someone in response to that on the day I was suppose to receive them and the manager zeek or something rather acts likes he’s doing me a favor to refund my order, after they wasted my time and money, and said he would try to get to it. This is the worst I have ever dealt with in regards to wheels. They should have just gave me the wheels at this point it’s a joke, and quite frankly makes me think it’s a scam, he told me it would be another two weeks. So a month and a half for some cookie cutter wheels?

Bought a new set of name brand tires. They had a great price, very fast shipping and great communication.

Great service

The customer service was excellent, I had questions on my order as well as some issues with center cap sizes from the manufacturer but they were quick and responsive and sent out replacements. My whole experience has been great and I’d highly recommend going through custom offsets. The product and quality is great!

With needing to have new wheels and tires so my studded winter tires could remain on the original OEM wheels I did some searching. Of all available options online I found Custom Offsets and their website the easiest to help with correct selection of what I wanted and needed. All options available were easy to make selections as well as follow along. All of my selections were in stock so I wasn’t facing waiting for back stocks or just waiting on them receiving what I wanted, and that in it self was excellent. I placed my order on a Friday and my complete package which included Ceramic Coating each wheel arrived safely and extremely well packaged on a crate with protection between each wheel. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly and was able to place the unopened order in front of my truck in the driveway. No issues whatsoever everything was complete and nothing missing. I am extremely satisfied with their service. My wheels haven’t been installed yet but will be by April 15th. I highly recommend Custom Offsets.

Great tires and rims great price and great services

Of course there were technicalities but overall the experiences I had were great and the end result was a set of wheels that looks great on my Edge.

I have a 2025 Bronco Outer Banks! The advisors that I worked with listened to what I wanted to accomplish and they knew the vehicle was upgrading wheels and tires on. They made suggestions and they were spot on. Thank you for the advice and professionalism. My Bronco looks fantastic!

Great experience I ordered my wheels and tires on the 28th of March and had them on my SUV the 1st of April. Its my first time using Custom Offsets and let me tell you sitting at a tire store waiting for a mount and balance is a thing of the past. Its pretty sweet ordering a set of wheels and tires and having them show up mounted balance and ready to go. Highly highly impressed!!

Ordered a set of new wheels and lo and behold, one came w the box busted open and the wheel damaged in not 1, but 2 different spots. Something hit it hard enough to bust through the rim guard on the front rim of the wheel and the back of the rim as well. Purchased shipping protection and guess what, they can’t replace the rim because they’re back ordered now and if possible they asked if id do a $50 reimbursement. Those options or I can send the whole set back to get a different set…awesome. Make sure you look up reviews about custom offsets before ordering. If not, you will be inconvenienced with the back and forth of unfair reimbursement or having to ship everything back to their warehouse in California at the cost of your own. It seems like they purposely send defective or blemished wheels to people because they know they’ll give customers such a hard time with the return process, the people will just end up keeping them. Horrible business, horrible quality control, and horrible course of action for customers.
***UPDATE***April 7th
They are reimbursing $100 for the damaged wheel. Just going to keep the set up. Huge waste of time to keep going back and forth. For future reference just give a full refund for any wheels that are damaged. Especially when pictures are taken the same day, claim was submitted same day (while the delivery man was still there) and all the steps were followed per your site.

My order was correct and delivered a week early and everything was protected very well! I have always had good service from Custom Offsets and great products!

Phenomenal experience end to end. Very helpful customer service confirming my wheels, tires, and offset and how it would fit on my Camaro. Wheels arrived packed very nicely, mounted and balanced, ready to go. The TPMS relearn instructions were spot on and very easy. Excellent experience, will buy from again!

I have ordered from them several times, they are the best in the business.
