Poor customer service
The sizing of my jersey was WAY off based on their website measurements. I tried reaching out to customer service via phone and email for days with no response. When someone did finally get back to me they were rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. After reading some reviews online, this seems to be a common occurrence. I love the product offerings, but I will not be shopping here again based on my experience l.

Superior Product
The product has the same superior quality my husband remembered as a child, growing up watching and playing hockey. He wore this brand then and still purchased it now. That says a lot for the product, since we are currently considered to be senior citizens. 🙂
This was purchased as a gift for a dear friend and someone from Upstate NY that loves hockey. He was pleasantly surprised and touched.

It took forever. The customer service center was prompted to reply to my questions about how long it was taking. However they were very rude and I’m sure they’ll be very rude to me once they see this review. The jersey itself was nice. Would I order from them again. NOPE! Save your money go somewhere else.

The sizing is off. I’m 5’8”, 170 and the sleeves go down to my forearms, and the length of the jersey goes down to my thighs. If I could give zero stars, I would.
