Great service, ordered Odyssey pedals over the Christmas break, turned up 2nd Jan, fast postage and excellent pedals, spin nicely and well finished, love the polished version proper old school and very well priced like all of their goods seem to be.Will certainly buy from them again.Thanks again.

Outstanding. Ordered some tyres for my daughter's bike for her birthday that I had struggled to find elsewhere. They arrived within 24 hours of placing the order and in time for her birthday. Really impressed. Great service.

Fantastic service, I can’t rate Customriders enough. I brought my son a Shadow conspiracy classic helmet. I know little about bmx brands and with so many different types/prices I find its hard to know what to choose, I spoke to Reece and gave me so much time, explained everything I needed, helped me make the choice and was so helpful.

placed order and it never turned up i requested more info another package was "sent out" after i was basically accused of lying. terrible customer care stick with Source bmx or winstanleys

Ordered some parts online, within an hour had a call back from James apologising that the parts were out of stock, he suggested an alternative and shipped the parts same day. Overall an excellent service from these guys. Would definitely order from them again. Other online traders should take note. This is how it's done!!

Excellent service from the guys at Custom Riders! Not many reviews on their services for some reason but I had no problems with them. Bought a DK Golf Bag from them with a faster dispatch and it came really quick, within 2 days. For such a massive item, that's pretty quick.

I have used this company quite a few times.
Their communications are good, I have never had a problem getting a call answered or an e mail.
The website is really easy to use, it has a little switch to switch between bikes and skate.
They have a great stock of quality parts with a good price range.
They stock street, race freestyle bikes etc.
Well worth a look.
