They don’t have enough staff therefore not enough time to properly advise customers

I purchased a TV which was for an Ottoman TV Bed at Curry's Blackpool. I just wanted to say that I received fantastic customer service from Blazej Szczecinski who assisted both myself and my son. He made the effort to take me to respective area for the correct size, asked where it would be located and generally how and what I watch to advise me correctly. He managed to change my mind to a better TV model which will give me the most from the TV based on my use. He was professional, pleasant and friendly and listened to all my questions and answered them clearly yet providing sound advice. The experience was made easy, quick and no fuss. Top of the Class Blazel and Currys Blackpool! AAAAA*****

The man who served us was training , both he and the man instructing him were extremely helpful. Both went the extra yard to find us exactly what we wanted. Excellent visit to south shore Blackpool store.

Came from Preston to pick a fridge up from Blackpool met a nice woman that was really helpful and was in and out with in 20 min I didn’t catch her name sorry

Went in to get new tv.Found a managers special better spec for less money.Sales assistant was great very knowledgeable and friendly.explained everything I needed to know.very impressed

Yes Curry's have lots of choices and reasonable prices too!!
When in Preston store the sales man was in the belief that they was another small handheld vacuum in the store and eventually found this not to be true so we paid for one and if I could collect it at the Curry's in Blackpool!!
Next day I received info from Curry's that I can collect my small handheld vacuum from the Blackpool store and this is what winds customers up the procedure to give (which isn't too bad, but what's isn't good in fact ALL the people wanting to purchase anything the wait which is ridiculous and they seriously need to pull their socks up because it's very amateur and once having given details requested they each employee has to disappear for between 20 to 35 minutes!! Just to collect, they have my money yesterday and all details requested but what so long? Are the items to be collected just anywhere and it's pot luck on how long it takes. EIGHT people had conversations with each others complaining about what the devil are they doing? Can't find the items?Or only chance of having a break? But it's not only one member of staff but ALL of them!! One lady said to me that she had an appointment but concerned if not arrived after waiting over 30 minutes was worried she would miss an appointment she was going to after the collection and very concerned when I was in the store and it's ridiculous and why do they have a Manager Director who's obviously clueless or hasn't a clue what's happening upsetting current customers that are very disappointed that may not return after this experience for ALL customers that afternoon!!!

Able to buy and collect locally the same day and at a good price

Purchased a new TV. The staff member was very helpful in helping me understand the difference between the tvs in the price range I had given him taking into account my need for brightness of my room gaming and cinema experience

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Considering it was a Bank Holiday Monday, it was a pleasure going into the store.

Was Dealt with Rapidly. Initially Never Had what I Wanted as it had Ended But I got the Newer Model. Very Pleased.

I was out when Curry's delivered my fridge but, my son was home.They took the old fridge away but, they put the new one in the garage. I was hoping the fridge would have been put in the conservatory where the old one was. If I didn't have kitchen fitters in my son and I would have struggled getting the fridge into the conservatory as I have fibromyalgia.
