Currys - Blackpool Reviews 

Had to wait along time in a queue behind other customers making in-store purchases and enquiries. As a online click-and-collect customer, I was expecting to collect my purchase quickly and bypass the normal queue. There should be a separate click-and-collect area or kiosk. Once served the staff member was very courteous and helpful. Also, the staff member on the till was having to carry goods out to customers cars adding further delay. There should be separate staff for carrying products to customers vehicles.

Went in as my TV that I had bought 3 weeks ago stopped working. Service was great, checked TV and offered replacement straight away.

Steve was a big help in Curry’s Blackpool when we were purchasing our device. He had a wealth of knowledge and gave us a lot of options from price range to payment options. Everything went smoothly and m product was delivered the next day for free.

Whoever assisted me needs a raise, was so helpful and kind and helped me sort out my mistake online. So amazing

Went in to buy a TV for the bedroom so didn't need anything too expensive, the salesman who dealt with us was new and knew very little about the features of the tv but that wasn't an issue, we then went to buy the tv on buy now/ pay later and getting the tv and processing the deal took about an hour as the salesman didn't know how to process the order he got one of his colleague to support but he wasn't much better and they had to get a third person to help which was frustrating as it was taking too long, I know everyone has to learn but they should at least know the basics or they should have a mentor to show them the ropes so the customer gets a positive experience, the next day we had to pop back to the store as there was an issue and we waited at the customer service desk as two employees were trying to sort out an issue, after 5 minutes of being ignored one of the staff said I'll be with you in a minute, ten minutes later they managed to sort out whatever issue they had and one of them then dealt with our query after being pretty rude, we have been using the Blackpool store for many years but the customer service has got very poor the last couple of times we have bought an item from the store, the staff don't seem to care

over all good service though myself an another had to wait some time about ten minutes (which is not unacceptable )

Rob sorted the problem I had and I also wanted a outside security camera

After recent visits were staff were not interested or didn't know about the products this time the person we dealt with was helpful didn't know about the product but was helpful

I walked around the shop 1st to see what products I was going to buy when I had seen the stuff I wanted I contacted a member of staff and he looked to see if they had everything in stock for me which they did he then processed all my goods for me which came to £727 and bless him he have me a discount so in total I paid £697 i know its only £30 every little helps this day and age he then booked me in for the delivery which was very convenient but when I got home the next day I rebooked it for an earlier date so all in all the service and staff that dealt with me was 100% spot on thanks David for all your help much appreciated

On arrival at the store we were helped by a member of staff called Jamie who explained about our purchase and then took us through the transaction. We were very satisfied with the help he gave us.

I ordered a Polaroid camera on the Curry's online store. The money came out of my account but I didn't get a confirmation email so when I went to collect it in store, I was unable to collect my order. The confirmation email was not in my spam folder either. The email I gave must have been correct as I got this 'review your order' email. So the money has been taken but no order has been received.

The sales assistant was very patient and helpful, explaining all I needed to know.

Good price and product.
Followed by great customer service.

Big thanks to Steve from the Blackpool store. He was very helpful in demonstrating the Dyson Hoover and answering all questions. Carried my purchase to the car, nothing was too much trouble. First class service.
