Order stolen due to delivery and CB won't refund
I ordered an eyeshadow palette and initially it said that it would arrive a day later. I'm sick so I went to sleep and I'd missed the texts and emails about them upgrading delivery to same day. The only problem was they used Uber for some reason, and the setting was set on leave by doorstep. The delivery driver didn't knock because even though I was asleep, I do live with others who said there was no knock at all ,so no one knew it came. The photo of the delivery shows it being just left by the door... I live in a bad area and by the time I woke up and saw the messages that it had been delivered, the parcel was gone, it had obviously been stolen from being left there. I did contact cult beauty but they said they're investigating the delivery, which would do nothing really as the fault is with them for using Uber of all things. All I want is my refund as I'm out of pocket due to all these circumstances. It's ridiculous really. I'm very disappointed as this is the first time I've ever had an issue with cult beauty.

I placed an order for the amount required to qualify for the "Goody" gift. When the package arrived, the Goody didn't match the description—several items were missing. And we’re talking about Medik8 products here—items that cost €71 each on their own! No one wants to resolve the issue; first, they claimed the Goody was out of stock, implying the items weren't available, which is why they shipped the package without them. Now they’ve come up with a new story: offering a refund of just €5 for a single Medik8 unit. It’s an absolute insult to the customer—and a loyal customer at that!

Terrible Service
Cult beauty have taken payment from me for my order and not delivered it. My status on their website and the courier website has been set as there has been a “minor” delay in delivering your parcel, for over 2 weeks now, and cult beauty have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. I’ve contacted them several times asking them to re dispatch via another delivery method or refund my money and I’ve been completely ignored. I just get an automated email to say a new dispatch email with delivery details will be sent and it never is. Avoid at all costs, customer service is terrible.

Placed my order for £623 on 27th August, lost by DHL ( no surprise there) cult Beaty have no form of customer service support that can really help, no management no complaints operations. Customer support just keeps saying sorry and receive a new order in 3-5 days no dispatch information and today they don’t recognise my order number or details. Avoid this company .

Parcel arrived today with 1 item in instead of 2 , asked for a return address due to not receiving my complete order and had enough want a total refund , still asking for return address they said my details did match. Total Shambles
