This website was cool for a while. I've met some cool people but now it's just an absolutely pathetic website. The mods suck and will ban you for anything, and the pros have become quite awful as well. My last 3 experiences with the members on this site (two pros and one free member) have been absolutely awful resulting in a permanent ban and pros flaking out on you and blocking you at the last minute. Clearly you are not allowed to have any fetishes on the site because you will be banned for that as well. When a member reports you the mods don't take your side, they are spineless cowards that don't deserve to be running the site. I strongly recommend you don't waste your time and energy here. You'll most likely be kicked off for an insanely ludicrous reason and half the time the "professionals" flake out on you last minute. I think Cuddle Companions would be a much better option and in the future I will be considering them instead of this completely useless garbage website.

It's a great platform to use to meet new people as well as the comment section that any question u have is answered

Cuddle comfort has been one of the most thought out platforms I’ve used. It protects its pros and clients to the highest degree. Upon creating an account everyone must upload their id and a picture of themselves so that helps deter any creepy activity. Furthermore if anything ever arises you can always just contact customer service that is only a couple hours away in response. Now I am a pro so that truly means a lot how such a website ensures our safety. CC also inflicts bans when they pinpoint weirdos and they are usually accurate. That is usually where the negative false reviews come in because it is from banned users!

Finding an Enthusiast (free) cuddler is near impossible in most markets. I used 26 Pros in 4 years. 21 broke the terms of service. Offenses ranged from sharing phone number before booking to having sex.

There are a lot of fragile or broken people on the site. They are looking to be saved as if cuddling was equivalent to therapy. There are many women looking for dates as if this was match.com

After being there awhile, you run out of people to see. Many women leave the site after a short time because they find it isn't platonic.

Since joining Cuddle Comfort, I have met quite a few very nice cuddlers and I have made a good amount of income that has offset today's inflation.

I really love this site; I have been using it regularly since November of 2019 and have overall had great experiences. I have cuddled in many cities across the US, and have enjoyed using the forum as well to connect with other members virtually. The admins are great about helping out the pro-cuddlers whenever any issues do occasionally arise. During the pandemic it was also wonderful to do virtual cuddles, which helped alleviate the social isolation. I like this site a lot more than the 2-3 other cuddle sites I have seen so far, so I really hope it sticks around for a long time.

Customer service was understanding and prompt.

Communication was prompt and refund was credited afterwards.

Most of us won’t be mean to you if you don’t give a reason for that. Just be respectful and people will respect you back.

I’m a pro cuddler on the site, and can’t even imagine trying another site, all thanks to the wonderful community of moderators and other pros that keep the platform feeling safe! I feel so much safer having a “guardian angel” basically watching over my interactions with strangers on the internet! It can be scary meeting with random people you’ve never met, and with them reviewing messages everyone has sent, I know they see a bigger picture on individuals than I would. The moderators have been communicative and understanding when I’ve reached out, and I’m just so appreciative of their volunteer work to keep our platform safe! I truly have nothing negative to say about this wonderful community. I’ve met so many amazing people through the site, and my share of uncomfortable experiences as well, really just at the very beginning. But I know I would have experienced far more uncomfortable experiences without the help of them!
I read some of the reviews on TruePilot, and a majority of the negative reviews sound like they come from people that were banned. The rules are strictly platonic, no fetish play, no kinks, no cuddling in underwear. You will get banned if you go against their rules! I’m not saying every person leaving a negative review wasn’t platonic, but be weary about those negative reviews and understand the rules before you try to message and set up bookings! A lot of the profiles I notice get banned, are profiles that just joined the site. Since I started requiring a virtual or public introduction, I haven’t had any weird or sexual encounters with the people I’ve physically met and cuddled. The people that stop responding after I ask for a virtual/public are the ones I’m more cautious of. Visitors can see all of my photos and in this AI age, can really do a lot with that. Then I’m ghosted for requesting a photo in return before meeting you? We have our rules and expectations for our safety, but I can understand feeling like it’s for the money… however that’s why there are Pros and Enthusiasts on the site! There are male Pros, just as there are female Enthusiasts. Someone for everyone!

I have been on this site for a handful of years. There has been a few sessions that was nice with a few I did a few sessions with. But I have had a few people I did a session with that was a disaster. One I has to contact the administrators and explained what happened and they was fair about things. But worst of all I had a few sessions with a person that has turned bad. I'm not sure how to word this. She was very disrespectful, rude, and makes a person feel so unwanted. I've had a very bad past coming up including abuse among other things. She made things even worse even to the point where I might seek counseling. My area sucks for good quality people. So I will end with just be cautious if you decide to go down this road. Best of luck.

Wonderful legitimate site with platonic cuddlers. I think I found MY community of people whose love language is physical touch.
I don't mind compensating someone for their time if they're dong this for extra cash.
HOWEVER, there are some women who (IMO) are extorting lonliness by charging $150 to $200 per hour and others demanding 2 hour minimun (SMH). Maybe CC can lower their fees so it's a win-win for the cuddlers?
I've met some wonder cuddle entusiests and pros with whom I've shared some good cuddle time.

This site is more professional compared to other similar sites which is something I can appreciate.

I find it's also easier to navigate, and I haven't come across inconvenient glitches.

This site it meant to connect people with the healing energy of platonic cuddles. There are lots of other sites offering more if that's what you're looking for. You will get banned if you seek more than platonic services.

Very nice service, their top priority is safety for the both the cuddle-providers and the clients, they attend to the needs of both and actually take the time to respond to all concerns. Very down to Earth and very helpful.

There is something really wrong with the idea of someone gaining monetarily from someone's loneliness. I though by doing this I'd feel better. However, after attending two session with a pro cuddler, I don't really feel any different.

Professional site that provides a safe place for like-minded people to meet for platonic touch therapy. I have successfully been on the site for years and have found the administrators take swift action to remove anyone not following the very basic, respectful policies. Unfortunately, some banned from the site have abused the Trust Pilot platform to bash Cuddle Comfort falsely. Be wary of who is writing the review, and remember the bulk of negative feedback are from men who tried to take advantage of the site, and solicit sex, so those are not the ones who can offer a valid review. In a World where technology is so prevalent, it's crucial that sites exist that bring people together, rather than further apart. A hug is priceless.
