Our website can be transformed into a phone app (PWA). This then unlocks the ability for Push Notifications.
If you're on Android, you can then long-press on the push notification to assign a sound to it. But I think for iPhone, you cannot assign a sound to the notification.

This sounds like very unprofessional conduct by the provider and I'm sorry you experienced that. If it's ok with you, I hope you will allow me to investigate this. We can potentially issue a warning or, if we see this being a pattern of behaviour by the provider, we can take stronger punitive action.
I've tried matching up your name here with our records but wasn't able to find your account so I assume it's under a different name. I'd really appreciate if you could tell me your CC username in a reply here or alternatively use our contact form (just mention your review so I can spot it quickly).
Are you kidding?
CC, stop posting generic replies about how only a few sex workers slip through the cracks. You are feeding a line of garbage to anyone who has spent any amount of time on the site. Well over half of pros provide extra sexual services on this site and I will bet any amount of money on that. When I was there I had reported dozens just by myself. That's way more than a few and I'm just one person.
Also, just out of curiosity, when a sex worker is removed from the site, does CC keep the money they paid in fees? That sounds like a sex business doesn't it? You are getting 15% of a sex act. Do you donate this money to trafficking victim funds or do you keep it as revenue?
Edit: you didn’t answer any of my questions.

Our records show your account was banned last year for "trolling" our community and bragging to a moderator that you used our website in the hope of a sexual outcome. That's something we take seriously and do not allow.
That said, I will address your primary feedback in good faith. I understand it can be a challenge to get an accurate overview from the perspective of an end user. In my case, I personally see our team of moderators working tirelessly every day to investigate these types of reports.
Most claims do thankfully get actioned based on sufficient evidence and the credibility of the reporter's account. In some other cases it can be a he-said-she-said situation or an anonymous report which limits its strength. In those cases, we try to be objective and often flag the claim against the Pro's account internally. This means the report still holds value in the sense it can be corroborated by a future report allowing the moderator to meet the needed threshold of confidence.

No verification
I was under the impression they asked for IDs and several verification forms for professional cuddlers to be safe, but they don't. Ive gone on over 40 cuddles and each and every single guy said, that they didn't ask them for any type of verification. I did carry security with me at all times. I stopped working for them when they kept asking me for their cut to a Cuddle, i didn't even go to because their website kept glitching as it always does, just like 8xs out of 10 doesn't notify you if you have a new message pending.

We do not require our professional cuddlers and clients to provide us with their ID. I understand that this is a topic of great debate in our community. For new accounts, we do show a yellow alert below each conversation stating this fact. We also mention it in the professional cuddler contract that must be e-signed. Regarding your other feedback, only after a successful booking does the system charge a 15% fee. If a session ultimately does not proceed and you forget to cancel it online, this fee can be voided using the refund form.
Wonderful community
I have been a member of this community for almost 3 years. I love being a member and absolutely love this community. There are a few things about the site specifically that I would change to make it more user-friendly and to be more clear to new users. Overall, I have had good experiences.
