Absolutely beautiful well made jewellery fantastic price too get lots of compliments on my diamanté hoop

I've purchased a few pieces from here, via the website and way back through Etsy. They're always great quality and I've never had any issues! I would love to see more model shots of the silver pieces.

I really like the studs. Very wasy to insert and they have not irritated my ears.
However I did order some hoops and one of them gave me a lobe infection as it kept spinning round into the piercing and the tiny (very tiny) crystals were inside the piercing with no way to stop the twisting.

Bought several cartilidge earrings and nose studs now, fantastic quality and the dainty look i love ❤️

This company provides well made stunning jewellery. They have great customer service and affordable prices.

One of the best things they do is Bright silver titanium. My cartilage piercings are happiest with titanium but I dislike the dull look of standard titanium. Crystal Heaven have solved this issue!

I had originally ordered multiple pieces of jewellery, and upon arrival I noticed that one of them was faulty. I contacted Crystal Heaven and after sending pictures, was assured that there wasn’t anything wrong. After advocating for myself, and explaining in great detail my wishes and concerns, I was asked to ship the item back for inspection. After receiving and inspecting my item, I was then sent a replacement which I received quickly, and was perfect. Although my issue was resolved, I do believe that it could’ve been suggested earlier to be sent back - as I don’t think this may’ve been the case if I had just let the issue go after my initial email. Saying this, I do appreciate the company for listening to my feedback and not dismissing the situation overall. I will be ordering more in the future as I’m happy with the pieces I purchased and the tone of communication throughout the emails.

The Labret insertion tool was super useful. Unfortunately the cartilage/helix earring I bought is absolutely tiny compared to the photograph (full length of 5 curved stones 7-8mm, stones: middle one 2mm, smaller ones 0.5-1mm, stem 7mm - just fits through ear) So much so I gave up trying to put it in as couldn’t get my fingers around it. Also you probably wouldn’t see it much. Really disappointed as it appears to be shown a lot bigger on the photographs showing (appreciate some photos will be enlarged) than it is. I did want to add a picture to show the actual size for transparency, however that is not an option - this would be fair for the buyer and seller.
