The entire team were incredibly professional and so friendly – from sales at Longacre, customer relations, the office staff, to the chaps who worked so efficiently to install the pavilion – and well done to the craftsmen behind the scenes. All a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the company. The quality is worth every single penny and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. The service and quality from Crown Pavilion’s is exceptional. From start to finish the experience has been flawless. I bought my Elizabeth pavilion, without seeing the product (lockdown restrictions etc would not allow such travel), however I’ve been beyond delighted with the sales professionalism from Carl and the follow on customer service from Grace.
The product is amazing and I know as a family we have already and will get lots of use from our pavilion.
