I ordered the Saturn 3m x 2.5m Pergola back in February, the patio was not ready until May, but absolutely no issues with Crownhill holding on to it until we were ready. Kim was great dealing with us during the sales process and provided lots of good information.
We finally had the pergola delivered this week, and I'm extremely happy. High quality and looks amazing. Jack and Greg were expert installers, after a long day travelling and working (we were their 2nd job in Scotland), they were very professional and did a great job installing the pergola, with 2 privacy screens and a heater. Very happy with the experience with Crownhill Garden Furniture.

We purchased the Nova Titan 4m x 3.6m pergola for above our pond. The service was brilliant, advising on concrete pad sizes and what levelling could be achieved on site. Crownhill patiently waited until we had installed the concrete pads, then promptly arranged installation. The installation team (Greg & Jack) did a great job building and installing the pergola in a few hours.

We ordered a Nova Titan Pergola and the service was excellent from the order confirmation through to organising delivery and installation. Greg and Jack installed the pergola in just under 3 hours and clearly take pride in their work and ensured everything was to our satisfaction and we're delighted with the end result. We had a pergola fitted by Radek and Max. They were amazing, very professional and efficient. Measured the pergola and area it was to go in up to the mm, and double checked everything. They tidied up the tools as they finished and even wash down the patio once finished. 10 out 10.

Had our pergola from Crownhill Garden Centre installed today by Radek & Max a credit to the company, did a fantastic job.
I would advise anyone who is having a pergola to contact Crownhill for a quote they where very helpful and knowledgeable about their product , after seeing the pergola in pictures online we decided to purchase it and now seeing it in our garden it looks even better than we expected, great product and great price. From ordering, delivery and installation Crownhill have been wonderful! Kept us informed of delivery dates and times. Greg and Jack were great! Arrived on time and did a great job, slight adjustments had to be made (I hadn’t measured correctly) but they did this no trouble. Even come and got it sorted on a bank holiday!
