Having decided to purchase a pergola we visited the showroom in Enfield to look at the Nova Titan. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and we placed our order there and then. They were very obliging taking account of our holidays.
The pergola was delivered and installed three weeks later.
Greg and Jack did a really professional job building the pergola, working tirelessly in the extreme heat of the afternoon whilst offering much helpful advice as required.
Throughout the the whole experience we've found all those involved to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The product is of very high quality, exceeds our expectations and looks good in our garden.
I'd have no problem in recommending this company to others.

We ordered a Saturn Pergola for our garden and opted for the fitting service. Greg & Jack arrived when they said and went through everything before they started. We then left them to it & were very surprised at how quickly they erected it. They then asked if we were happy with the position before they fixed to the patio.
They were professional, hardworking, polite guys. A credit to the company. The product is of a high quality and just whet we wanted.

We ordered some garden furniture from Crownhill which was the best price we found online. We had some questions and the customer service team responded almost immediately. They delivered to us up in the North West and the delivery guys assembled for a really reasonable fee. We don't have the best access to our garden but the guys didn't mind and they carried the furniture all the way around to the back of the house. It was sweltering and they assembled really quickly, both very friendly and respectful. We would highly recommend.

Office team helpful and understanding, fitters spot on, on time, worked really hard, and the Pergola looks fantastic.

Gregor and Antonio were a pleasure and did a great job installing our pergola. Obviously very experienced and helped me to make the necessary decisions around placement and advice on how to use it correctly.
Would have 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the wait (said 2 but it was 4 weeks in the end) and that they only book installs 1 day in advance.

Recently purchased a Saturn 3x3M and a Saturn 4x3M pergola. From the initial sale dealing with Kim to liaising with Lee to confirm delivery and install dates the experience from a customer perspective was great. I had several delays on my landscaping project due to the typical British weather and this was never a problem. Radek and Max completed the installation of both pergolas today . They were polite, helpful and did a fantastic job on the delivery and install in a time that if I'd took the installation on myself, I'd probably wouldn't have found the instructions !! All packaging removed from site and a good clear handover of the product was given. For the price of these pergolas I would definitely recommend Crownhill as a company to purchase and install.

Had our pergola delivered by Jack and Greg and what absolute gentleman. Although they weren't constructing it, they gave me advice on how to construct it. Wish I had them construct it now! Thank you guys.

I ordered a 3 x 3m pergola. Company got in touch to arrange delivery and suggested I had it built and fitted. The cost seemed reasonable so went ahead with that. Best decision. Greg and Jack built and fitted. They were efficient, worked hard and offered advice on how to have screens and direction of Louvres. Great couple of chaps and would highly recommend. Pergola is great. 👍

Best cost effective pergola. Jack and Greg did a fabulous job installing it despite rain on the day. We really appreciated their knowledge and expertise regarding this.

There was a delay in delivery but mainly due to them being short of a team, plus large volume of people bringing “ready” for installation at the same time.

Pergola needed to be readjusted for sloping / non- level terrace which did come at an extra cost on site (reasonable). Overall great service.

Purchased a 3x6 pergola fully panelled on two sides which was installed by Gregor and Lukas who were excellent. They worked solidly for several hours on a really hot day and lined it up perfectly. The structure is solid and we have no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend.
