Plants arrived looking very tired and…
Plants arrived looking very tired and rather dehydrated so my African daisies were put in a water bath overnight to rehydrate. One of the plants has already died and the others are just holding on. Extreme weather conditions hasn’t helped but I do keep them fed and watered when necessary. I don’t particularly like the colour which is a dark purple but choices were very limited. I wouldn’t buy these again and only did so as I had pots to fill.

The plants are fine their delivery via DHL is a problem. When you contact their customer services the response leaves a lot to be desired and shows they have not even bothered to read what you sent them. If you want a site with nice plants then fine but be prepared for terrible customer service and delivery problems

Good quality product and delivered on time and very well packed.
It would be sensible and helpful if the website showed what size base fits the pots - we ordered what appeared to be the right size and then had to re-order a bigger size but overall we are very happy. The pots are well made and look great.

Finding all the plants I wanted in one place was great. A very wide choice.

Expensive and not worth it
A lot of my plants died straight after and turned up not in a healthy condition. Everything was really small and I spent over £100. Don’t think I’ll bother again, I asked for a refund and I only got reimbursed for one plant which I was told ‘would be fine’ this also died not long after trying to revive it.

Outstanding service
Ordered my begonia rooted cuttings Tuesday, they arrived by lunchtime Wednesday the following day, in perfect condition. They were potted up that afternoon and are thriving on the windowsill. Outstanding service, beautiful plants, thank you Crocus.

I have stopped ordering plants from crocus because all the plants lack vigour & quality.
Out of every three ordered only one may survive despite being well cared for by me.
A pity but have found a much more reliable company where i wont waste my money & be disappointed!
