When I ordered online, I read their policy that you need to pay for the return, which I thought it's ok, since the majority of the companies have the same policy, the cost is on the consumer, but usually it is around 30-60 kr (4-6 euros), which I assumed it was a similar cost for crocs.
When I got to the point to return it, I was shocked to see that it costs me 175 kr to return it, which is 24 euro!!
I never experienced this before, and I shop online often and sometimes from high end brands and I never encountered such prices.
Usually, from my experience, when you make a return you pay the same price that it costed to be shipped to you. It costs the same both ways. But not for Crocs. It is clear they only care about profit and don't think about the consumers.
In some cases, if your order is around 24 euros, it would be cheaper to throw it in the trash than to return it.
I would never buy again from them, and I will advise everyone I know not to order online from the EU store.
I wasn't expecting to be free, but also not be paying 24 euro!!!
Took three weeks to get my order
Took three weeks to get my order. Color was not what I expected. Wanted to return. Paid $10 to get it shipped to me. Had to pay $17 to ship it back. For $40 refund. Really bad experience. Bought a pair of Amazon and it arrived the next day.

I don't recommend this store to anyone, as they cancel orders at their own discretion without explanation. I might have understood if they'd bothered to apologize and explain, but their negligence is simply astounding. I placed two orders, and once they completely canceled it. The second time, out of the five items I selected, they only sent one. And the money from both returns took a very long time to be returned to my card.

Avoid crocs EU
I ordered 4 pairs of Crocs and the next day my entire order was cancelled without any warning. Payment was taken, and now I’m left waiting for a refund for an order they cancelled themselves.
When I contacted customer support via chat, I was told that one pair was allegedly out of stock, so they cancelled the entire order instead of removing that item or asking how I wanted to proceed. Even more frustrating, the exact pair and size they claimed was out of stock is still available on the website.
To make matters worse, my chat was ended by different customer service agents three times before I was finished, despite the fact that I was polite and not aggressive. This is extremely unprofessional and made it unnecessarily difficult to resolve a simple issue.
No alternatives offered, no partial shipment, no clear communication — just a cancelled order, money taken, and time wasted. Very disappointing experience. Avoid Crocs EU if you expect reliable service
They don't care
The Crocs company is a total embarrassment, the second time I found the right product for me and paid and a few hours later my order was canceled for no reason.

Unacceptable experience. Do not order from croc EU. Took 3 weeks 5 days to come. I emailed multiple times and only ever received only reply back in the first week and nothing then for another 2weeks. Paid €9.95 for delivery that said 8-10 days with GLS. Customer service provided no communication on my late delivery and no tracking update with GLS . I have contacted about a refund of delivery and received again no reply. GLS and Croc EU to blame both disgraceful
STAY AWAY FROM CROCS EUROPE
I ordered a pair of crocs from crocs.eu on the 5th of December and they only came at 5pm on the 24th of December. They were meant to be a Christmas present. I do not recommend to buy from this website. The tracking just kept saying ‘has reached the parcel centre’.
Delayed delivery
Ordered Crocs as a present. No sign on Christmas eve. Tracking site hasn't been updated in days. Really very poor service, its a busy time of year but every other business seems able to cope. The issue may be with the carrier but that's for Crocs to sort out.

I placed my order on the 6th of December, two pairs of crocks which were to be for presents on Christmas day! It's now the 22nd of December still no sign . When I check tracking it just keeps saying- parcel has reached packing centre then parcel has left packing centre then back to parcel has reached packing centre.
Iv emailed but got no reply . Iv since had to go to the shops and buy more ! Very disappointed! Avoid at all costs !!!
No prepaid return shipping - Amateur Hour From Start to Finish
First of all, for some reason it was incredibly difficult to even get a purchase through. Multiple carda kept being declined for whatever reason.
When the stars finally aligned and the Croc gods decided to let one of my purchases go through, I had ordered a pair of crocs in two different sizes because I was unsure of the fit.
When I then go return the pair that didnt fit, I realize they dont even offer prepaid return shipping to their warehouse in the netherlands, meaning I would have to pay just about 50% or more of the price of the crocs JUST to return them.
Seriously?? I can't think of a more laughably bad and amatourish experience from start to end of such a big company. It's the first time I've had to deal with all the issues from any clothing store large or big.
Last time I'm buying there. Fix your shit.
Not worth it, buy from a reputable place
I was sent the wrong items, not even close to what I ordered. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service, and you have to pay for them to make a mistake, as you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Not okay.

scam artists and cheats... Ordered 2 pairs of Crocs from the women's section using my size ... what arrived were only Crocs in the men's size. When I went to return it, it was self-pay, and there was no mention of a refund for postage. It was going to cost €21 to return from Ireland. Ridiculous...will never buy from them again or will never recommend!

Joke of a customer service team!
My mum loves crocs and asked for a new pair for her birthday. It arrived in plenty of time, but when she went to try them on we released they were damaged.
There is no live chat available on their website and the only option for me was whatsapp, I gave my order number, email address and pictures of the damage. They made me wait for over 5 hours for a response and then replied to me asking for a picture of another angle and the size, colour, name of the shoe plus my address. Could they not get this information from my order number i provided?
Then after 4 minutes they closed my chat after waiting 5 hours as i didn't reply?! Are you serious? For information they could get from my order number they closed my chat? It's ridiculous!

The costumer service is bad, at least in Spain. I was supposed to have a 10% discount in my first purchase if i signed up for the news latter, which I did, but they never sent me the voucher. I contacted, but they didn’t solve the problem and were absolutely unhelpful.
