So far so good. I haven’t received my package yet but I ordered wrong size and sent email. Got a quick response and they corrected the size. I swear if they are as comfortable as they say…I’m getting every pair!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever ordered from! They are so rude and disgusting I will never ever order from them again and I will warn anyone I know not to order from them! Over two weeks I’ve waited for my refund and they keep talking nonsense about I keep creating a dispute with the bank a bunch of liars! I just want my money back!

I just placed an order and I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was so good in handling my order they changed it to the right size almost immediately before shipping. The email response is incredible. They care about their customers. I cant wait till my shoes get here my friend has a pair and she told me they are very comfortable, by my eye very cute.

Fast response and very helpful. Highly recommended! They waste no time in helping customers and adhering to their needs with orders.. If you haven’t shopped what are you waiting for!

When I first bought from this company, I wasn’t so sure about the sizing but the shoe fit perfect. They’re so stylish you can literally wear them w just about anything & I love how they aren’t heavy on my feet. Definitely was worth the purchase IMO.

If I could give them a 10 I would. Boots were ordered at 15.10 on Sunday 16th March and were delivered at 13.40 Tuesday 18th and O.M.G they are beautiful, comfortable and true to size

I processed my return with UPS, scheduled for pickup. It was gone when i came home and i saw the email saying there wasn’t anything there. Never had this problem before and I live in a very secure place and neighborhood.
Contacted the brand to help me find out more info as it is impossible to contact a living UPS person. They didn’t answer back anything. So 130 CHF went down the drain.

What amazing customer service! There was an error made on my behalf regarding the shipping address on file for Shop. I notified Crisianzerotre support of the error and they responded to me within minutes confirming the correct address. I’m so please with the quick and efficient customer service. I have never had any company respond to me that fast and resolve my issue. The shoes are already fabulous, so this is just another reason for me to keep coming back. Thank you!

Asked for sizing through social media, was granted true to size. Got the shoes home, was clearly NOT true to size and now i have to pay for my own return?

I ordered shoes and haven’t received them. Tracking says delivered but where cause it’s not my house. SMH I want my refund.

I accidentally put my old address as my shipping address which I noticed immediately smh but I just emailed them and let them know what was up and they fixed it the same day! To make it quicker make sure you put your order number the incorrect address and your updated address in first email.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were defective, I reached out to customer service and they replaced my order. I appreciate the promptness of customer service with getting me a new pair of shoes.

I have ordered a shoes from them two weeks ago, I had a confirmation however I never received the item or gotten a reply when I have contacted them to let them know my concerns. I am still waiting for reply to see what happened to my purchase…

Worst experience and customer service ever. Made a purchase, was too big so wanted to return. Return did not meet expectations, which I understand but they disposed of the shoe instead of giving it back and now I have paid $152 for a shoe I do not own.

I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday and realized I had accidentally put the wrong shipping address. The company had gotten to me via email and less than 24 hours so it was pretty quick to hear a response they got right to it and helped fix my problem. No hassles and no waiting for a email for days I’m pretty happy. now it’s time to wait for my package! Thanks!
