Lovely western jacket!I
I ordered the western jacket on Friday and it arrived on Monday even though it might have taken longer because of moving to another storage area.
I am so glad they use Royal Mail rather than Evri!
As for the jacket I am very happy with it, I am 5ft 2in and it is a great fit, the quality is very good, I am thinking I might order another one.
I have bought many garments from Crew and I am always happy with them!

Poor refund service
Whilst the clothes are of good quality, I am very dissatisfied with the refund process. Currently 14 days after confirmation of receiving returns I am still awaiting the refund. My last refund took 3 weeks which is completely unacceptable.
