I ordered a matching bikini set, top and bottoms. The purchase went as normal, but a few days later, I got two emails; one saying that top wasn't actually in stock, apologies, and we'll refund you - and another saying that the bottoms were dispatched. I straight away sent an email saying that I wanted to cancel the bottoms too, since it was a set, and I didn't want one without the other. (It's a very distinct pattern.) But I didn't hear back for a couple of days, and by that time, it was apparently too late to cancel. Since I'm not actually in the country at the moment, I'm not there to return the item. Nothing was done about this - I was just told that I should perhaps not order things if I'm not around. I was also told that the reason I couldn't cancel went I wanted to was that they were busy switching from one system to another, which really shouldn't be my problem. You can't put your internal issues on your customers. A bit infuriating. I won't be ordering from Crew again.

GARMENT EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND DELIVERED QUICKLY. THE ONLY THING WAS NO EXACT SKIRT LENGTH IN DESCRIPTION WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL BUT FORTUNATELY WAS OK FOR ME.

Very good quality.In fact , I bought 2 pcs in the last week from your O2 mall outlet, @£10 each. Since white colour was not available there, I bought now after paying £15 for one.
Value for money.

Very poor customer service. They offer express delivery at an additional cost but won’t fulfil the whole order. Less than 24 hours after ordering they are no longer offering express deliver as they are moving warehouse. Called “customer service” who were less than helpful and wouldn’t offer any refund of the delivery charges that they are unable to fulfil. Delivery charges are just a way to make extra money off customers as they are unable to fulfil the delivery. Waste of money and time. I wouldn’t bother ordering if you want your items to actually be delivered.

Order has not arrived at all

Have bought many items of clothing from Crew and have been delighted with them all. They are all true to size so I know they will be the perfect fit for me. The quality is excellent and they wash well.

Love what I’ve ordered!

I used to rate crew clothing quality but its definitely gone down hill in recent times.
I have bought half a dozen t shirts and also bought a size up which were slightly baggy .
After one wash on delicate at 30 degrees and air dried on the line they have shrank and have gone from a medium to an extra small mens its a joke for the price that's charged and washing them at correct temperature and cycle .
I will add other clothes I own haven't shrank only the crew clothing so it definitely cant be blamed on my washing machine .
Unfortunately I will not be spending anymore money on crew clothing as they are pretty much a throw away item once washed .

Order delivered to my neighbour

I had a situation where the Royal Mail delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. So I bought a new one and asked for some compensation. It turns out it was delivered to my neighbour and they found it 2 days later. Sarah from the customer service team was incredibly helpful and cancelled the upcoming order for me. This is a company that are getting it right, I’m seeing their clothes more and more about the place and no wonder. It’s fair costs, it’s good quality and I returned my Tommy Hilfiger clothes to buy Crew instead because the Crew clothes looked better.

This is my first time ordering from this company. I ordered 3 dresses (delivery was really good) which were really nice but unfortunately didn’t fit. I returned them for a refund via Royal Mail on Wednesday of this week (15 July) and received the refund in my bank today (17 July). That to me is exceptional customer service. I have never received a refund so quickly from other companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again and would highly recommend them

The wrong item was sent

Despite coming from different locations and using different couriers, my whole order arrived in the same day. No complaints at all, thank you.

As with many other reviews still waiting for a refund. Refund policy says "up to 7 working days". Very misleading. Expecting over £120.00 to be refunded. Not bothered to contact Customer Services as with other reviews will not get an honest response. Will certainly not be ordering from this Company again and will definitely not recommend.

I purchase a lot from Crew Clothing and really like the clothes. However, there now seems to be an issue with their refunds. I have been waiting over 8 working days since they received my returns. This never used to be the case, and it is a shame as it is putting me off any more purchases.
