We had fantastic service from our first visit in October to us buying property at Ackender Hill. Oliver has been extremely helpful and understanding in our needs to sell and buy. We are so happy with all of the staff and can’t wait to move in.

The communication at the beginning of the process wasn’t great, especially with the delays we experienced, which was quite frustrating at the time. Service wasn’t great at the beginning, but Keeley in the sales office was great with us and tried to be as accommodating as possible when arranging visits around our work. The buying process also wasn’t great due to their solicitors not being very forthcoming, but once everything was completed, things improved significantly.

Since then, the team has been excellent—particularly Jess and Sheldon from the site management team. They’ve been very supportive and fully aware that we moved in while building work was still ongoing around us and with us moving in so close to Christmas .

All of the teams on site have been incredibly accommodating, and we really appreciate how considerate they’ve been towards our situation of living practically on the edge of the building site. It’s also meant a lot how kind they’ve been to our little boy, who is digger-mad—they’ve really made the experience extra special for him and he settled so well.

The quality of the build is very good. We had a snagging meeting and the majority of the issues have been resolved—they’ve been very good and quick at getting these sorted.

Facilities on site overall are great. Could have done with more storage space, but the rooms are big enough to create space.

Overall, despite the rocky start, we’re very grateful for the effort and care shown since moving in.

The staff were there and ready to support my partner and I. Their customer service was excellent and took time to show us around.

We made an appointment to view all 3 bed new builds under shared ownership via Crest with David Wilson Homes.

Arrived to the sales office, not only did they not have any keys for the properties, or have any knowledge of our appointment, we were told they don’t offer shared ownership. This isn’t the as these properties are ON the SO websites.

We travelled an hour to get to the development and arranged childcare, just to be met with a total letdown!

Christine gave us a brilliant tour and explained it all clearly. The house we viewed was presented extremely well although the type of house we wanted could not be viewed on this development ( Nailsea)

We were shown around by a man who was very enthusiastic and gave us time to view the properties.

This review is for John Coleman who works for Crest Nicholson Midlands only, his customer service skills as well as his knowledge for his job are 10/10. My experience with Crest in general has not been great but they do have the odd gem with John being one. Thank you

The appointment with Hannah from start to finish was very professional and informative. The development was explained clearly in advance of the plot viewing and clear and transparent information was provided about the layout, aspect and what is included, using digital plans.
The tour of the property plot itself brought the prospect of buying the property to life, with a thorough guide of the rooms, facilities and aspect.
Having viewed a finished plot, the finish is excellent and the room proportions were generous and well designed.
Very happy with the experience. Hannah is a credit to the Crest Nicholson brand. All too often sales seems like someone is robotically going through the motions but Hannah was interested in my requirements and circumstances, was very knowledgeable about her product and made me feel welcome.

Josh was very helpful and informative, answered all our questions. Would recommend him at Westcomb Park.

HELPFULL SALES SALES, A PLEASURE TO GO THERE

Joanne at Aspen Grange made the process so easy to follow, fully supported us throughout and was so knowledgeable about everything we needed to do to get the whole process started. Joanne went out of her way to ensure we not only understood what was going on but that we had all the information that was available to us, explained in a way that we fully understood. The process was very easy and everything explained in a way that made sense. Having never bought a new build before we were nervous but the process was made so easy by Joanne and her colleagues at Aspen Grange.
