Have been contacted by CST LAW about an outstanding bill for £866 for a car rental in Exeter with the Scot group, I live in south wales and have never rented a car let alone from Exeter, I eventually got hold of CST LAW about this and explained all the above.
When we discussed the issue after passing the security questions on the account I discovered that not only were the email addresses used that the contact mobile number was one that I’ve never had, they did however have our home number and address but my name was spelled incorrectly, they now have said that they will look into this but after reviewing the comments on this site I’m not to hopeful of a solution!
In the meantime I have also contacted Scot group and they are looking into it from their side as they couldn’t find anything that would confirm my part in this, is this a scam??

I was charged for an energy debt when the company went into liquidation,I have paid every month and tben found out that I have overpaid by £148 When I asked credit style about the overpayment they just emailed and said I need to contact the energy company..When I said they have gone into liquidation the reply was contact the administrators??No other information has been given to me.

Received a letter with my name on for a debt owed to Utilita Energy. I have never heard of this company to start. The dates of the debt is April 22 - March 2024. I never arrived in the country till March 2023.
I have telephoned them twice now and been given different directions on how to solve this. They need to get solutions in sink.

Threatening, bullying, scammers

I can’t thank Adrian enough for his help. I came to him feeling panicked about an issue, and he was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring throughout. Scammers, claiming money on behalf of another company. How come police or authorities don’t do nothing about them

These guys are actually threatening me with a CCJ over an account that is under investigation and a debt not owed by me i look forward to seeing you in court

Sent a demand for a bill that was paid. They do not answer the phone.

Awful company , don't reply to emails on time and never answer the phone. Completely useless. 0 stars if could.

Terrible scam of a 'legal company' No warning letters- applied straight for a CCJ against me. Made an offer letter no acknowledgement. Send emails - No response - phone number never gets answered. Finally just made payment via online form - no receipt email as promised.

Very rude American sounding man. Awful customer service and he’d be better suited talking to a rock rather than human!

Credit style contacted me regarding a debt that i knew nothing about and was incorrect, the debt was proven incorrect and cancelled by e-on later.
Two of their agents were helpful and polite, but one agent was very aggressive and borderline dangerous.
In today's world of mental health protection and bullying in the workplace I would be very worried about employeeing such a liability.
I can't believe he hasn't caused many vulnerable people distress with his lack of helpfulness and inability to listen and suggest you at least look into retraining.

I just want to say a massive thank you for Friday and your work you are one in a million I have battled for three weeks dealing with my mental health nearly being put in hospital again all because off companies not understanding of there jobs or having compassion toward peoples mental health or lack off knowledge understanding what needs to be done. But you my lovely went over and beyond Friday and I am ever so grateful as this weekend i wanted to be my last after all the stupid calls and Nasty people i spoke to not knowing when or how I was ever going to get my money back. You sorted it for me just like that I cried cause I felt down and stuck then I cried cause you was so kind and helpful and saved me really and saved my children from
Losing there mum as I was at breaking. You deserve to be recognised at your job for having the most compassion kindest nicest way ever been able to deal with anyone regarding an issue with money the solicitors it will take me to court ended up helping me and it was my bank that screwed me over and lied and made my mental health fail dramatically. Low life scammers who provided a fake bill and chased my elderly Mum for a "debt" from Peoples Energy, an energy provider that she had never ever used.
My Mum got very stressed & upset about the constant phone calls and letters from Credit Style.
I got involved and demanded that they provided contracts signed by my mum and proof that Peoples Energy provided her energy utilities.
My Mum didn't receive another letter, phone call or email.
They are bullies.
18th Feb, Credit Style responded to my review and gave me a phone number to contact them.
Unfortunately this is too little, too late. When I wanted to speak to someone to resolve the situation they were uninterested and couldn't be bothered to help.
My Mum is dead now and her last few months were fraught with worry.
I hope you are ashamed, but I know you won't be, you value money before customers and don't care about the stress you impact on innocent customers.

I have been trying to contact them via phone and am just always placed on hold - currently 39 minutes as I type this.
The parking fine was paid weeks ago however I am still being hounded and threatened with a CCJ. It is impossible to speak to them and I am at the end of my tether with this. I can see how these letters affect peoples mental health.

2 letters received for a fake parking fine from Exmouth in January this year. Contacted the parking company to inform them i had paid for parking as needed and appealed when they informed me i had put a digit wrong into the machine yet i paid for my parking. This joke of a company is now telling me i owe £160 for £2 worth of parking. You are a joke of a company and your letters will be ignored because you are not getting a penny from me and like others here i would rather see you in court!

I received a letter from CREDIT STYLE , that l am owing for a car park fine. I never used the car park. They are scammers .
