Never use this lender, they will overcharge you on everything, worst customer service. I borrowed 2000$ from them, and after paying all my payments regularly for over 6 months, I had to send them a 2200$ payoff check to get out of their loan, I ended up paying them over 4500$. And even after they received my payoff check they drafted my bank account two payments and took them over a month to reimburse it.

I borrowed $600 because that’s all I needed. Before accepting the loan, I carefully read the terms, which indicated it would be paid off in about 3–4 months. I’m now in month 7 and still have two payments left. By the time this loan is paid off, I’ll have repaid around $1,200—double what I borrowed.
When I called to ask why, I was told there was an additional fee because Credit Ninja doesn’t operate directly in my state and had to use a third party. That fee was never clearly disclosed or explained before I accepted the loan.
The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If I had known I’d end up paying nearly twice what I borrowed due to hidden third-party fees, I never would have taken the loan.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a lender that is upfront about the true cost of borrowing.

I emailed you minutes after I applied for a loan and than I canceled it via email. I stated I no longer needed this loan so please cancel it. There's no reason why you would send me the loan when I agreed to cancel it. Please remove it and take it back. I'm not paying you guys a dime. I'm out of town
I'm out of town, at a repair shop. I applied for the loan yesterday and was approved. Sitting here 24 hours later without funding yet. Spoke to representative and the only answer I could get was, by the end of today. I hope that means by 5 today. If not I doubt know of I'll have my job tomorrow. This type of loan IS emergency only. Wish they considered that.

Absolutely trash! Applied, said I was approved and then changed the terms I was approved for. It wasn’t a conditional approval or an “up to” amount. It gave me perimeters and changed them. Horribly misleading intentionally!
