On 5/22/26 I called to pay a collection and Samantha was amazing at guiding me though the process of not only paying the collection, but taking the steps necessary to eventually reach my goal of improving my credit altogether. She is very knowledgeable and makes the process so simple and pleasant. Thank you Samantha! You deserve a raise!

Don’t waste your money with this company. They will dry the process out way longer than it needs to. There te other people who do this quicker and cheaper. Biggest mistake ever

Took my money, Never got anything accomplished on my dispute! Asked for id verification, claimed I was contacted that id not accepted, Never contacted me since I never received email ,But for 4 months I would ask for update, They claimed they are working on my dispute, They are scammers Once I let them know that if they can't fulfill within the timely manner as they claim I would no longer need their services, Within an hour I wasn't able to log into the account anymore

There is no cancel after you pay the $1 fee. They will then hit you with a two hundred and ninety nine dollar fee. They claim, they sent the letters out in the same day, so even though I canceled within 24 hours and the contract says the first 3 days, they will not refund me anything. They sent letters out and it doesn't have any other information to go with it. So nothing else will be sent. I waited for days to get phone calls back plus calling them. When you look up other companies, you get them as one of the credit companies to help you. It's not worth it.
You have to pay a $100 a month. And if you tell me, you can't pay, they'll take it down to $59 a month. You have to pay it for the first 3 months, and then they will give you the next 3 months of the monthly payments. For free if you don't have results, but you'll have some type of results so that you won't get any of that back for free. So you only get it for 3 months. And it'll probably take six months. Don't give em a dime. They put my account negative.Because I wasn't expecting the two hundred ninety nine dollar fee.I told him I would call them back and let them know and I call them back the next day and may already charge me the day before

I got hooked up with this company and a man named Chris who wanted me to pay $598 for their “service”. I had to ask what company this was since he never even offered that!! He took my credit card information and said it would be a $1.00 charge to get a third party to connect him to what he needed (Standard something or other). After rethinking, I told him I wanted to cancel and not get in with them. I had a fraud alert soon after about a $24.95 charge to IdentityIQ.com and now my card is blocked since I NEVER authorized this. Credit Glory apparently set up an account with them using all of my information and I am furious about it. I was able to get the account cancelled but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever even thinking about contacting Credit Glory!!!!!!!

Dean was incredible! I can't thank him enough for walking me through each step to get me out of it. He's very knowledgeable and understanding, and I would highly recommend credit glory!

CREDIT JOY/CREDIT GLORY I WORKED THERE AND GOT TIRED OF FRAUD AND STEALING MONEY FROM POOR PEOPLE. THIS IS A SHITTY COMPANY
