They stated they had a 365-day refund policy which I have saved a copy of, after I requested my refund they changed their policy on 04/21 and emailed me stating that they do not do refunds not knowing I have previously saved a copy of their initial return policy prior to my request. I paid for an 8-week program which I only received 2 weeks of and no callback or contact from support.
Zero stars! Scammers. They wont give a refund when I requested after 24hrs and aren't honest upfront. They go by other multiple entity names and get shutdown due to scamming complaints among many of them.are elite deletions & prosperity tech and all of them are based out of Jacksonville florida. The shutdown entities still operate using VOIP phone systems and WhatsApp and I've gotten ahold of them there but they keep on switching phone numbers. They also have a scammy conflicted lawyer who responds to defend their BS products and is also at the same time one of the business owners. The star lead salesperson on their YouTube channel is a convicted Ex-felon too. Avoid!
