I would strongly advise others to think carefully before working for or using this company.

They hired a number of young individuals some only 16 years old, all fairly new to the role and within their probation period. They were provided with approximately two hours of mandatory training which was not paid.

Following a change in management, these original staff members continued working and were even relied upon to support and train incoming employees that the new management had brought with them. At no point were they informed of performance concerns, given feedback, or offered any opportunity to improve.

However, over time their scheduled shifts were reduced significantly without explanation. In the most recent week, each individual was allocated a single shift, and upon arrival were dismissed with immediate effect and issued letters citing poor performance.

The absence of prior warnings, documented performance management, or clear communication raises serious concerns about the fairness and professionalism of this process—particularly given the age of the staff involved.

Employers have a responsibility not only to follow legal requirements, but also to ensure fair and transparent treatment of employees. In this case, both appear to be lacking.

Turned up today with my family for my daughters 13th Birthday celebration.
I was very disappointed.
We ordered the birthday cake loaded shake !! And what we got was not what we expected.
Our thick shakes was very milky hardly any flavour of what we wanted .
It’s as if they are cutting costs instead of ice cream in your thick shakes they used milk !
The birthday loaded shake was not what we order or what you advertised the cake was the size of your thumb nail !!! And looked mouldy!
Now I’ve one disappointment 13 yr old for her birthday!! Also ASC !!
Our drinks for served in plastic cups , the ice cream was a child’s portion! We all adults large portions we ordered .

For now on we be going to Chatham dockside can’t fault those always had amazing experience there.
No more for Rochester very disappointed even when I spoke to the manager he wasn’t bothered at all

i went to the london branch newar warthomstow it was terrible service. I ordered dessert tea and a frappe, the frappe was ice cream with a drizzle of caramel sauce i was so diappointed when i told the cashier he said well thats how we make it , then charged me extra £3 to blend it in the blender again i was so angry and disappointed

I ordered a banana filled crepe which was all crepe. I took one bite and couldn't eat it as it was too doughy and hard to swallow. I left it whole. The staff were too busy talking to each other. I had to ask for a knife and fork, then ask for the ice cream I paid for. I should have known better. I've been coming here for years and used to love this place, but it really has gone downhill, and fast. The place used to be packed and it was empty, so I'm not the only one to feel this way.

Yet again have not received the items I ordered. Half the order missing and the other half wrong items. This has happened twice before, thought I would give them one last chance but they messed up again. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a creams for delivery it’s just arrived freezing cold so the cookie dough is hard and feels a bit stale. Barely any chocolate sauce. This is the second time this has happened definitely won’t be ordering with them again don’t recommend anyone does.

Creams quality has gone down significantly! Ice cream portions definitely got smaller than before.
So sorry for that.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I never received the items I paid for, yet a staff member named Hammond refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, Hammond was incredibly unprofessional and even resorted to imposing threats against me.
The situation was only resolved after I insisted on speaking with the manager. It shouldn't take an escalation to the management level just to get my money back for goods never delivered. Avoid this place if you value professional service and your safety.

The gelato is great but visiting the Tunbridge Wells branch the tables were filthy... had to go outside in the cold to eat

Ordered 4 items through Just Eat and when it was delivered we only had 3!! Tried calling Creams directly and guess what No one answered. Absolutely disgusting service. The only way I managed to get some help was through Just Eat, in the end I got my money back for the missing item. Certainly won’t be going back to Creams.

Spent £30 for 1 Bueno cookie dough & 1 lemon meringe cheesecakundae & when i received it, it was a disgusting amount to my order, you couldve fed it to two 5 year old. Unfortunately i cannot upload tge before pictures to pictures of what was received. ASBO RIP OFF!

Can’t even give 1 star to be honest,I made an order via just eat,was advised food would come for 9:30
The estimate delivery time kept changing,i changed the time to 10:45 and I had cancelled as was 45 mins late and I thought that was ridiculous!
I was still charged the full amount,I rang the restaurant to advice I’d like my food delivered as I was charged so I would wait for it to arrive
They advised they can’t deliver it and the lady on the phone was really rude and very unhelpful,
So I am now out of pocket and without any food,this will be plasters everywhere!

Arman is a great server, was so polite and lovely. he did an amazing job and was fun to talk to, he does his job flawlessly.

The staff members Jenish, Mehak were friendly and attentive. The dessert was really tasty.

I was served by Emon at the Shepherd’s Bush branch, he went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order! He put some ice in a bag for me so the ice cream didn’t melt as I had a bit of. Way to go!! Thank you Emon you definitely should win employee of the month!!

Ordered online and my order had a free item which was a milkshake and they sent me a spoiled milkshake. Food safety zero and sn hazard for our heath. They didn't want to exchange for a proper milkshake and just eat said because it was a free item they couldn't do anything to sort this situation out. Extremely bad service. I don't recommend it and be careful when you see a free item in your order.
