I organized hosting a website and when I tried to use it I found that it did not meet my needs ( I was told it was as easy as my old host). I only tried it 2 days after I purchased it and when I requested a refund I was told that it was more than 72 hours so I was stuck paying for 3 years of a service that I was not going to use.
The email I received said "However, if we do not hear back within number of hours, we will be required to close the case as we have internal processes to follow. If you need more time to review the proposals, feel free to let us know. Rest assured, your request and our previous correspondence will be recorded for future reference.
I call immediately was told by the service desk that this call was not considered a response. AND the area deals with this is different and I could not be connected with them. In the follow up discussions they did amend the emails indicated they wanted an email response. Thus, they did change how they did things.
After multiple discussions Crazy Domains did ultimately reimburse half the money and credited the other half to a future expense.

I was mislead in purchasing a product I didn't need, I tried to cancel and obtain refund prior to it being actived. Due to delay in response, it was activated before support got back to me.. They promised a refund and told me I would have to cancel through the portal. They did not tell me I had to wait until th refund was complete. Now they are saying because I did that, they cannot refund me. They've also sent me emails to and from other customers which is NOT good for privacy. Time to go to consumer affairs, bank and media i think

An absolute scummy company who charge you for services that you never signed up for with you knowing! When I found out and told them, they refused to give a refund as I had to make a claim within 5 business days according to ther policy and when requesting to talk with their manager, they would say that they are not allowed to put us in contact with them as it is against company policy. They also leak your personal information to third parties despite their privacy policy saying otherwise. Stay away from this absolute scummy company!!!

Do Not Recommend - Service Not Provided! Is A Scam!
My experience with CrazyDomains.hk was highly unsatisfactory. After ordering a domain and submitting the required verification documents, the service was never activated. The support process provided no solution, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge with my financial institution.
During my investigation, I noted a significant discrepancy: the company claims to be based in Australia, while the payment is directed to a Singaporean bank account. This unusual setup, combined with a pattern of similar negative reviews and seemingly inauthentic positive feedback on Trustpilot, raises serious concerns about their operational legitimacy.
I strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging with this service. I am escalating this case to the appropriate legal and consumer protection authorities.

I bought a domain. During the purchase there were no notifications or warnings that the domain was unavailable. If there had been, I would never have bought it. I tried to use the domain immediately, but there were no proper settings available. I gave them 20 days to connect and activate the domain.
After that, I contacted support and was told that they sold me a queue (backorder) for the domain, not the domain itself, and that they cannot issue a full refund because 20 days have passed.
20 days of what, exactly?
The domain was never usable, never configured, and never used by anyone.
I sincerely hope their children became a little more well-fed thanks to those 80 cents, because this is an absolute disgrace and a shameful way to do business.
