The biggest rip off ever!
Money hungry people wait to rip us off! I bought titanium email an year ago, and when its time to renew they added two email accounts without an option to remove one of them.
Multiple calls later they claim its a technical issue and will call back in one day two days .. unfaithful, money hungry, unethical people. I had no choice but to renew with both the emails when i only ever needed one because the due date was here and they didnt let me pay for one!!
How can a company operate so unethically!! I am moving everything soon .. but if you are watching this!! Dont get lured into these money hungry people!! They are scam artists!! Stay away

I sell my domains on the Sedo marketplace, but this registrar appears to have ongoing issues with Sedo MLS distribution. My domains are not showing as premium listings in their website search results, even though they are properly listed with Buy Now pricing on Sedo.
When I contacted support, the responses I received contained incorrect information and generic explanations that did not address the actual problem. Unfortunately, the issue could not be escalated properly, which made it difficult to get a clear resolution.
Overall, the lack of accurate support and the MLS distribution problem make it challenging to rely on this registrar for selling premium domains.

I had a disgusting experience with CrazyDomains.
After purchasing my domains through their website, my phone has not stopped ringing with scam calls about my websites and domain registrations. This only started after I bought my domains from CrazyDomains.
I later discovered that CrazyDomains had published all of my private information publicly through WHOIS without my permission or proper warning. This included extremely sensitive information such as my phone number, ABN, and even my home address. When purchasing the domain, there was no clear option or notice to hide my personal details, which is something most reputable domain providers offer automatically.
When I contacted their support team about this serious privacy issue, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problem, they simply told me I can buy their privacy protection service—but by that point the damage was already done and my personal information had already been scraped and shared everywhere.
What makes this worse is that most other domain registrars provide WHOIS privacy protection for free to protect their customers from spam, scams, and harassment. CrazyDomains clearly does not respect their customers' privacy.
Publishing someone's phone number, home address, and ABN publicly without clear consent is unacceptable, and then asking them to pay to protect it afterward is even worse.
I strongly recommend avoiding CrazyDomains and choosing a domain provider that actually respects customer privacy and security.

I have been a customer of this company for over 11 years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been very disappointing.
In the past, the service was excellent. The recommendations provided were always beneficial for both my business and the company. When I invested in their premium SEO services and high tier server, the support was professional and my rankings were performing well. My previous account manager, Roman, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping my business grow.
However, things changed when my account was reassigned to a new account manager named Marvin. My experience with him has been extremely frustrating due to his lack of professionalism and courtesy. Despite repeatedly explaining that my IT team advised that I do not need a server upgrade, Marvin continued to push aggressively for an upgrade from my current $5,000 server to an $8,000 plan.
The issue is not the cost. I am willing to invest in my business when the recommendation makes sense. The problem is the constant pressure, rude tone, and persistent attempts to sell something I clearly stated I did not need. It felt more like harassment than professional account management.
I even asked if my previous account manager Roman could assist me again, but I was told he no longer works for the company. Instead of respecting my concerns, Marvin continued insisting that he was the best person to assist me.
The situation became so frustrating that I had to request my account be placed on a “Do Not Call” list just to stop the constant calls and pressure while I am traveling to U.S.
After more than a decade as a loyal customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly suggest the company review how some of their account managers interact with long term clients. Customer service should be based on professionalism, respect, and integrity, not aggressive upselling.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and professionalism of their customer support moving forward.

I used CrazyDomains for a back listed / about to drop domain capture. I figured no one else would be on the hunt for the domain as it was specific to my business name.
Unfortunately CrazyDomains were unable to capture the domain for me, at such a low price I didn’t mind the cost.
But what I do mind is; when I log in it suggests that the domain has been successfully registered, it hasn’t been, the domain is already up for sale, but it shows on my account with auto-renew switched on.
Finally I have had no communication; no emails confirming whether the capture was successful or not. To be honest I may as well have tried to grab the domain myself, I don’t even know IF crazy domains even tried to catch the domain, that was an easy few quid if they didn’t, of course their T&Cs don’t allow a refund.

if I could leave you a no star review I would. I have been chasing a refund for service not provided for over 3 weeks. your business is a shameful scam!

We have been a loyal customer for 16yrs. We pay for the top business hosting plan, for the last 6mths we have had endless problems with emails due to their server being overloaded, now they are saying despite their ultimate business plan saying you can have 150email addresses, we have 5 and maybe send and receive 50 emails a day, we apparently can only send/receive 20 in any 8 hr period , which is not anywhere in their adverting or terms and conditions. How can any small business operate without access to emails .

Absolutely disgusted with the support for Case E-481167. I’ve had a site down for over a day with a mandatory client presentation looming. At one point, I was left with a 10-hour gap without a single update from Tier 2. Every time I reached out, I was given generic 'we are working on it' promises that led nowhere. To be told a site is 'functioning' when it is still throwing 500 server errors on multiple networks is insulting.
Despite proving with a 'control group' that the plugins and code are functional on their own network as I have two identical websites on two seperate hosting plans where one works perfectly and one throws up errors. They even told me the site was 'fixed' when it clearly wasn't
If you value your business uptime and don't want to be gaslit by support while you do their technical job for them, stay away."

Very poor customer service, been waiting to talk to an agent for nearly an hour (I was told the queue was 35 minutes) when my call was cut off without being answered.
The chat bot is no better that took over 20 minutes to respond and the responses are so slow that It keeps asking me if I'm still here. The chat bot solved some of my problem., I got logged out before it had finished answering some questions over security that I had raised.
NB. Customer service used to be good, which was one of the reasons I signed up with CrayDomains

They hide basic domain management behind premium pay walls and do not advertise that until you've signed up. Lots of hidden automatic add ons to try and sell you extra products before checkout. Spend your money at a more reputable provider

Beware!
All I've wanted is to do is purchase and hold domain variations of my businesses so that their reputation's remained protected. Crazy Domains constantly changed settings to sneak in re-registration of un-required or previously un-purchased software and support options. This sometimes occurred when moving from purchase review to payment windows. Their site and dashboard is purposely bloated with warnings of (unrequired) products that require renewal, making the interface confusing and overly expensive for the unsuspecting or new users and their site is slow to update status' of products after payment. Their renewal emails are relentless and suggest expiration well before due and they are overly intrusive and aggressive in their attempt to sell products.
Support: The staff I have spoken to have been friendly though some struggle with English.
I recently accidently used a wrong credit card (my employers) to pay for my renewals. I contacted them shortly afterwards to request a refund and new payment. I was told that in line with the policies of their parent company 'Dreamscape', no refunds would be or could be given which is against Australian consumer protection law.
I give 1 stars because I was able to purchase my domains easily, but since then have regretted opting for them as my choice.

Worst most unreliable hosting service I've ever had....[UPDATE] and after giving my one-star review to top it all off I received an email from Bern at Crazydomains asking me for information to try and fix my issues. After spending hours on my part sending screenshots and other information to Bern, he eventually went quiet and stopped responding. I rest my case - moved all my email now to a new provider and it's working great.

After owning domains for 20 years…
The past 10 months dating back from
27-02-2026
I am having my account suppressed & are unable to renew domains that I have owned & paid for, for many years
Now I have had my business & IP domain rejected so that I couldn’t renew it
The system says it’s available even in Whois.com, yet my domain is not available
My IP & ownership is being stolen
Please… DO NOT USE CRAZY DOMAINS!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH CHINO AT CRAZY DOMAINS. HE WAS ALWAYS CURTEOUS AND PATIENT, SPENT AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME IN CREATING MY WEBSITE. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO ENSURE MY WEBSITE WAS CREATED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE MAIN THING I REALISED WAS THAT HE CRAXY DOMAINS THROUGH HIM WAS BETTER THAN THE LAST TWO WEBSITE DESIGNS I HAD DONE. THE OTHERS WERE FAR MORE EXPENSIVE, WERE NOT AS COMMUNICATIVE AND QUITE FRANKLY NO WAY NEAR AS GOOD. I WISH I HAD USED CRAZY DOMAINS AND NOT THE OTHER EXPENSIVE AND POOR WEBSITE DESIGNERS. WEBICS AT NOWRA CHARGED A FORTUNE AND THE DESIGN WAS NO BETTER.

Charlotte was extremely helpful and patient as I am not all over IT. She asked simple questions that were easy to understand and not in IT speak, When an IT phrase came up, I sought and explanation and she was happy to explain in simple language for me.
Thank you

Everything terrible- you lost my payment, my email- as a medical practice that is intolerable- I have paid my ,amager evening and weekend overtime to try to resolve it. Every communication has been innacurate and frustrating. I would NEVER recommend you to anyone and it sickens me to see your advertising.

Terrible customer service with extened wait times both on phone and chat. Both will cut you off at some stage and put you at the end of the que several times.

I was charged for WEBSITE BUILDER. I did NOT agree to this service. I only wanted to register a domain name.
I was charged AUD$62.67 per month! - for something I would NEVER use.
This is illegal according to Australian law.
I asked for a refund late January. It is now 23rd February and they refuse to refund me the money they stole.
STAY clear of this rogue company!
