I have attempted to return items - unable to do so. The returns process on the website is not enabling me to request the return. Customer services live chat not working. Customer services telephone number says it is unrecognised number. Sent an email and still awaiting a response. Terrible service!!

Sofia II Coat
I ordered a UK size 12 ladies coat (Sofia II) on 02/08/2026 and the coat was priced at £36. I am a UK 12 - 14 in sizing and I have another size 12 Craghoppers coat that fits perfectly so I thought the Sofia II would be a perfect fit. It arrived on 06/08/26 and the coat is huge on me! The sizing of this coat is bizarre - it’s way off! Frustratingly, there is no way to exchange the item for a smaller size, I can only to create a return and place a new order. The coat is now priced at £54 and I do not wish to spend so much extra to reorder the coat. Therefore, I will return the coat and continue to shop around until I find something suitable.
