I had ordered just the quilling kit. It came but with NO instructions as the website said would be included. Also no contact or return information. They say it is ideal for beginners, but without instructions I don't see how. I had to wait until their ad popped up on my Facebook page, and it has been a long wait, to find contact information. The phone number does not work.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. My company has waited over a year to get this website live and after about 3 months they started dragging their feet and making the most minimal effort to get our site running. They stopped taking our calls around March, and now there is not even a mock website available, so pretty much have just robbed us of all the time AND money invested. They will answer the phone if you call, and then once they realize it's a customer, hang up! If you have had a similar experience please reply here, I will be reporting them to the BBB today as well as consumer action.

Absolute scammers!
I’m a single mum with a disability & these absolute low life’s have destroyed my life. I have lost just over $30,000 which I invested for them to create a logo, website & control my social media, branding & marketing. As others have stated, they delivered poor quality work, dragged it out, never delivered & now have gone missing. Their name was changed half way through my dealings with them & when I questioned it they assured me All was fine. Their website now has a phone number that isnt even connected & they have no abn or business address thus no means of contacting them.
They were all very nice until I demanded my money back after being stuffed around for 12 months. Now I cannot even make contact with them.
If anyone has ANY information regarding this company, these people, where they are located etc please contact me!! This is not ok to rip people off like this & I will find them, one way or another!!

Absolute Scammers! I'd give them no stars if I could. I'm still waiting for my $1200 money back. They did a terrible job of my website, completely messing me around with crap, telling me they will do the changes on the next update. Basically stringing me along. Were quick to take my money for the 5 year website hosting etc.
I only ever recieved jpegs which was weird, until I said I wanted a full refund. I then received something that resembled a website.

It has been a complete waste of time to get my money back, with the kids running the shows saying the main guy wasn't in. They said I would get it back in 60 days (?#!) Which is today.
I just had a look at the old messages only to find they have changed their name to
Next Logo Design. Please avoid at all cost.

I expected much more for the amount of money I invested in creating a logo. It has taken over six months and I still do not have a finalized or finished product. It took three to four months just to get a design I even thought was in the direction of what I was looking for. I even provided examples of other logos that I liked and provided great detail in what I was looking for. After not receiving anything reasonably close to my request, I even asked to just mirror a certain logo WHICH THEY STILL had difficulty doing. Unacceptable. I worked hard for the money I invested into this and the wait for this is ridiculous for the mediocre logo created. Do not waste your time, or money, and PLEASE look elsewhere.

The design managers are very informative of providing a broad range of services. They will continue working with you until you are happy with the results.

Please, Please and Please don't spend your money with these people they are scammers. Put their name on Google and you can see the real reviews, these 5 stars reviews here are Joke. I lost my money with this company and now I am hiring another company to do a new website to me, Craftive Design is not able to build websites, also they hid all of the tools on my website so I can't change anything, I can't have Social Media, SEO, Add pages etc so I am stuck with them, the Indian guy called Dale (manager) told me I can have everything on my website if I want since I remove my review otherwise they will not do anything on my website, they are blackmailing me. BE CAREFUL.

“I have been working with Craftive Design on multiple projects (Websites + Mobile Apps). I am very particular about what I want. Sam Johnson is my project manager and his team have been great as always! Not only did they converse with me extensively to figure out exactly what I am looking for, but they also iterated their designs to match several times. I asked for specifics around things like the fonts, colors, UI/UX, and they came up with great ideas always and listened to my thoughts on exactly how to incorporate those. Currently, They are building my iOS app, and when I have funding for an Android version, they will be the first choice who I ask to develop my android app. Keep up the good work guys! Highly Recommend CRAFTIVE DESIGN!

I was told this would be a custom design, unlike freelancers offering logo design and business card. Thus the more expensive price, but there was nothing custom about it. I sent them a copy of an image I found on google which all he did was take the image and create the exact picture behind the lettering. Exactly what a freelancer would do, not at all custom. On top of it I gave them contiuous instructions prior to sending the picture and they didn't pay attention to any of it, just continued sending me different options, none of which were what I asked for or even close to it. It wad clear they were sort of looking at my directions, but definitely not enough to get what I wanted. So out of frustration I just accepted what he did and moved on to the lettering. I asked it the bottom of the J could be a little more hooked like a fish hook. What did he do? Created an actual fish hook at the bottom of the J - not what I meant....at all. I told him to go back to the original. Then I gave him directions on the background I wanted on the business cards and the placement of each area of the card, very specific for fear he'd do what he'd done the whole time. Again! My requests were completely ignored. I asked for ANYTHING but white if he couldn't make the background the steel look I wanted. What was the background you might ask??? WHITE. Every request on placement within the card was also ignored. I just took it because it had taken him OVER TWO MONTHS to do the same work a freelancer would. Nothing custom nothing out of the park and it wasnt the professional illustrative look I requested it was standard imaging like I said just copied exactly. Waste of money and time. The only reason I am mildly happy about it is because now I have a jumping off example for when I take this mess to a real logo artist in my neighborhood and have them do it for MORE MONEY that I shouldnt have had to spend twice. Sad to say but I've been scammed. Ashamed I believed what they promised me. I spent a hundred dollars to surprise my family members by giving them a CUSTOM professional logo, and now I have to fix it. I spent weeks imagining their thrilled faces. I showed them and a small smile appeared, no wow factor, nothing special because I didnt do my homework and go to the real designers - too excited to show them the finished product,
and fearful they'd do it, to wait. So here I am posting this, so disappointed.

My "artist" told me to review "5 stars is what is needed" and that i get "extra points for mentioning my name"

So my "wonderful" artist was Sam Johnson. I truly hope I get extra points as a human being for warning some unsuspecting person from falling for this bulls*** like I did.

I'm very happy with the Content Writing strategy for my new blog, the articles written by Brian O'Neil are bright and very well developed. On the other hand, I had some issue with the website developer at the beginning, but Pearl Dominic took control inmediately taking care of the website, and giving me an honest refund due to the inconvenience. I really appreciated all her efforts to solve the issues. In general I'm very happy with their services, and look forward to continue working with them.

I contracted with Creative Design to build a website. My original contact person, Zach O'Connor, and my project manager, Daniel West, were respectful, courteous and professional from start to finish. The end product was everything I had hoped for and can't wait to market my product.

The only reason I did not give Creative Designs a fifth-star rating is because I found their email forms I received during the process to be both confusing and not user-friendly. I think a better system could be implemented by someone who understands the challenges that less tech-savvy users like myself can seamlessly navigate.

Having said that, I would highly recommend their service to others.

The Craft Design team did an excellent job and stayed in constant contact Daniel with craft design was exceptional with customer service and I am proud to have done business with Craft design. I am likely to refer this service to others!

My account manager (Daniel) was very attentive of my needs and he was able to get the developer to get my website where I needed it to be for launch. The proposed schedule was on point and the budget was very reasonable. I highly recommend Craftive Designs.

This place is a complete joke and they will say whatever they have to say to get your money. I have had to prolong my companies launch date now 3 times waiting on them to do the job. Daniel lol hes a complete joke he will say he will do one thing and does NOTHING. The managers there well they are no better then Daniel. Their communication is awful customer service well its way whacked and hitting deadlines well hasn't happened, I am pretty sure they write their own 5 star reviews as I think I have been pretty fair considering we was suppose to launch on March 17th 2018 and its now April 9th the second launch date and well look at our site its awful allaboutsavings.co which means we have to move the launch date again. People if you need proof please go to my website and at the bottom it has my contact information I will be happy to provide you with details. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Mickey Mouse can do better..

Worked with Dale Evans and got a really nice logo at a great price.

Dale's communication was very strong and he understood my ask well.

Would not hesitate to come back for a new logo and to refer.
