I agree with everyone; this company is an absolute scam and fraud. There is no working phone number; they have voice machines everywhere, and no real person can provide customer service; the website is also a fraud- you'll be re-directed multiple times to different websites. I'm looking to join a class action against SVM cards.

Ridiculous, I wish companies would not use SVMcards.com, they sure know how to scam the system. No way to find your balance or use it, they skim all the leftovers for Billions in profit, wonder if my insurance company gets payoff for manipulation. Keep your gift cards - give me premium discounts. Money I know is real!!! Blackhawk Industries scam
Absolutely a scam and fraud! Called the number that someone told me on my voicemail to call for the number to have been disconnected. Email does not get answered nor do voicemail messages I have left.
Order was placed on September 29, 2021 and received on December 22, 2021.
Locked out of business account, during Hawk Marketplace merger and could not get status of a current order. Attempted to contact SVM thru my usual contact and thru website with no response. Connected with Hawk Marketplace and was on the phone for 60 minutes just to have them take my name and number down. Finally received order but still locked out of account and cannot make future orders.
Like others I tried to get the voucher and the page said Bad Error. Contacted TUi who in turn told me to contact SVM Global and gave me a number, it didn’t exist. I did find one that did and the guy told me I couldn’t access my voucher on my phone 🤷🏻♀️ (IPhone) and that I had to do it on a computer. Tried on my laptop and still nothing. For me TUi should sort all this as it’s initially where people got the idea of the voucher from. So I’m left with nothing too. Also see they DON’T answer any posts. So SVM, pull your finger out and get these issues sorted 😡
Bought SVM Global Gift Card via Complete Savings, 2 of them. One for £100 in January and one for £100 in Feb, both for Argos. Like others the gift code link says bad request. Feel duped. If no joy, will be directing complaints to Complete Savings. I think the moral might be no more gift cards!! Good luck to all you others that have fallen foul.
Our son gave us £700 gift card last Xmas for Tui. Like other reviewers when I press access code it says bad request. I contacted Tui they can’t help. The customer service telephone number doesn’t exist. This is a huge sum of money to lose. Can someone from SVM reply.
I have good news for everyone else in the same position with Tui vouchers. I went into my local Tui branch with the confirmation email and egift that doesn’t work. They gave this number to call: 0344 381 5045. Just received the code by email. Good luck all
I purchased a gift card for my grand daughter as a gift. After I gave my c/c info call was disconnected. I called them back and get a dead signal. No e- mail of confirmation however my credit card was charged the 100.00 for a gift card. all # listed on this site ring and then call is dropped. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau .
They were absolutely terrible! Truly the worst. I had to report them to American Express. They never sent out the gift card I ordered and when I emailed to cancel it they mailed it right after I sent my email, then cancelled the balance and charged my credit card for shipping and handling. It's a scam! Thankfully AmEx refused to pay them. NEVER USE THEM!
I bought a £500 tui voucher from this company in March 2021, my parents have been trying to redeem the voucher which now says bad request! We have rang svm about 20 times only to be told this is not the right number call tui, The number they are giving for tui does not exist! We’ve been to a tui shop who say you need to speak to svm as there who you bought it off! We have also called tui who say you need to speak with svm as they’ve never heard of svm!! We are now getting very concerned!!!!!! Please can we get the right number to call? Or have I just been scammed out of £500??
Not a very happy customer if you are a real company???
Similar to Mrs Susan Hanlon - purchased some online evouchers in January, partially used them but had some money remaining. Link no longer works - contact e-mails no longer work (get an automated bounce back) telephone number is dead. Awful company that look like they may have gone bust or run away with everyone's money.
Purchased egift card for my son in January received email with access code went to use it now as covid restrictions over and access code doesn't work, no contact details. What happens now?
I still have NOT received my gift card that was processed on or around July 2021 and is now October 2021 - 4 months
I received these cards in December 2020 with an expiration date of Feb 2021. When I attempted to use them for online shopping, the cards were declined even though they had been activated. I've been trying to call the company to determine if I've just lost all the value of the cards now that the expiration date has passed and get an automated answering service that simply tells me that they are unable to locate the card information.
Do not accept these cards for anything! They are worthless and a scam.
It took awhile for me to get the links to the gift cards I'd purchased, which delayed some of our work. It also was a bit tricky to find the correct person to reach out to regarding this issue, but overall, we got what we needed.
