We bought a 3 month subscription to their rum club, the first box came over a month late second box never turned up at all. The third box was due last month and hasn’t turned up either. I do not recommend them, you’d be quicker going to a local shop/ rum website and buying a random bottle.

Reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure about Craft56 , but from paying with Apple Pay right through to delivery everything was first class at a great price, couldn’t ask for more .

it has nearly 3 weeks for them to tell me my order has been smashed and returned to them, I have already spoken to Huffmans Boxworx who process their orders who are just as bad. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I joined craft56 gin club as it looked good, first order received and very happy with it.
Then the issues started, I made an online purchase of 2 bottles of gin in their sale, money taken and a few days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and refund sent.
No explanation of why my order had been cancelled and no repose to an email I sent inquiring why.
Having had no response I tried to cancel my gin club subscription, it appears on their site your can postpone subscription boxes but I could not find anywhere where you can cancel it,
Again I emailed and had no response.
In my experience I would not recommend Thai company.

Made order for a birthday present,money taken,items not despatched and no response to emails to find what is happening with my order. No phone number available so will put info with credit card company to dispute, disappointing as had no problems previously.

Simply ordered a bottle of Armagnac.
Order cancelled the next day. refunded but when I have tried to contact them silence......

Tried socials as well as email and customer service.

Advice avoid these guys as there is something dodgy going on.

Long story short I got bottles that were unsealed with liquid missing, and they are not responding to any of my messages

The communication I had from Craft56 was first class. I had an email confirming my purchase followed by another email to say my order had been despatched with a tracking number. The delivery time was 3-5 days and my order arrived 3 days after purchase. The packaging was excellent and the product as described. 5 star service.

Really poor customer service.
Emailed them twice and left a message online regarding a missing parcel. I only want them to start the dispute with Royal Mail.
No response.

I placed an order with Craft56 on the 25th of June, I received tracking from DPD on the 27th. However the status as of the 1st July was still showing that DPD was still awaiting receipt of my parcel, so I had to email Craft56 to address this. I didn't receive a reply back, but was notified by DPD that my parcel was now out for delivery the following day, but as I was going on holiday I had to rearrange delivery for the following week which was inconvenient. I was also refunded an item which had obviously gone out of stock because they clearly hadn't processed or shipped my order when they initially stated they had. Quite disappointing, but I was happy enough with the items I did at least receive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or rush to use this company again.

I placed an order with Craft56 2 weeks ago. I recieved an email that same week to say my parcel had been delivered, yet I had not recieved anything. I got in touch via the online form and received no response. I sent several emails and the only response I got was 'can you confirm you have not received this'. I have gone back to this email and confirmed, and sent several further emails and had no response from them. I am now out of pocket over 100 pounds and can't get hold of anybody to get a resolution. Would definitely not recommend this company

Missing items no replies to emails delivery took days after shipping on a supposedly next day service and then missing 2 items when arrived not happy at all and emailed 3 days ago no reply shocking company not worth the hassle

Pretty poor experience overall. I ordered 7 bottles of spirits because they had a flash sale on. The website said if I order within 30 minutes they would dispatch the items same day. This never happened. Having looked at the other bad reviews, this concerned me, so I used the contact form on the website to enquire whether there was an issue with the order. No one replied, and by the looks of it, they probably never will. I don't think anyone's monitoring the emails.

The order was dispatched 2 days later on a supposed next day service but that was not the case either. I received it today (4 days later) and one of the items is missing. I won't even bother to chase this up as I know I will not get a response. It was only a tonic water priced at £1.35 which I only added to get free delivery for spending over £100. Unfortunatley the 10% discount for subscribing is misleading too. Using it removes the free delivery and adds a £5 delivery charge. Pretty poor when you've spent £100.

Overall a poor and misleading experience. I wouldn't trust them with another order.

I am really disappointed about this company, after reading all this good reviews I've decided to order a bottle of whiskey to give as a birthday present, after 11 days I ordered it still did not arrive. I've emailed the support twice to get a refund because I no longer need it and I did not get an answer.

I rarely leave reviews unless something is exceptional or awful - and my customer experience with Craft56 deserves a review for being so great! Fab website easy to navigate and super fast delivery, well packaged and super friendly driver - seamless transaction and will be ordering more gifts - great work!

Fantastic company to deal with.
Easy to use website and ordering was simple.
Unfortunately my delivery went astray. I sent an email and got a prompt response from Ally who said he would look into it. I was kept informed and a
replacement delivery was then sent out and received the next day.
I will definitely use Craft 56 again.

Saw these guys at the arches in Glasgow in the summer, but couldn’t buy as was flying with only hand luggage. Promised them I’d buy online for a Christmas present. I remembered them and am not disappointed, delivered quickly, well packed, quirky different gift for someone who loves an old fashioned.

Overall cheapest price, well packaged, arrived on date promised. Extensive range of products, some very hard to track down. What more could you ask for. Will definitely use again.
