Visited end of August and was assisted by Mark H. in choosing new sofas. He was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable and placed no pressure on us. There is a great range of sofas, pleasant environment including nice cup of tea, friendly staff. Parking on site despite being very close to city centre. Never been before then but would recommend when purchasing sofas alongside the main chains. Mr & Mrs Thompson

We have been looking for a sofa for quite a while and my sister suggested Christopher Pratt.
The store was well laid out with plenty of sofas to choose from .
Craig came across to help us he was friendly informative but not intrusive .
He gave us the information we needed then left us alone to decide .Excellent service and would recommend to family and friends .

The extensive range of suites, sofas and armchairs made our choice difficult yet straight forward as it was relatively easy to make comparisons. Having decided on our purchase we were ably assisted by sales assistant Lisa Berry at Leeds showroom on fine tuning material colour etc.
The whole experience of purchasing what we wanted was top class. Thank you.

Recently purchased some sofas but had been having difficulty deciding on the fabric we wanted. The customer service provided by Duncan was excellent and his advice incredibly helpful. He got all the books out to show us the different fabric available from the manufacturers other sofa ranges moving them into the natural light to give a true colour. Highly recommend Christopher Pratts for quality products and brilliant service.

Looking for a replacement mattress for our bed and with such a great choice we were extremely grateful for Tamsyn's help. She was very knowledgeable, explained all the options clearly, and provided brilliant advice without any pressure. We're really looking forward to our new mattress arriving.

We had a great experience at Christopher Pratts. We were buying some new sofas and the first thing to note was that the store has an extensive range. Initially we actually visited a range of stores but it was quickly very clear that everything we needed was at Pratts.
Dale Williamson, the senior salesperson, looked after us and was incredibly helpful and knew the products very well. He was polite and friendly and clearly explained the pro's and com's of the different designs and manufacturers. However, at no time did he pressure us into a sale but gave us plenty of time and space to reach our decision. Overall greta service and great staff

Well, I've needed a new suite for some time and been all over looking at different brands to help support my back. I have always got informative advice from Craig (it's usually him) without any pressure despite several visits with different ideas in mind. He advised about discounts which was a great and welcome surprise. He also didn't rush me to finsih the paperwork even though it was 5 o'clock closing time. Today I changed my mind on the fabric and Craig halted the order while I make a final decision as if it was the most natural thing in the world. That helpful approach has been rassuring helping me to be satisfied with what I've ordered.

Andy was very helpful giving us some good advice about which mattresses to choose for our beds. the whole process very smooth

We went to Pratts today to look for a new dining table and chairs. The items we had fancied online didn't look quite the same in real life so we continued to stroll round the shop and encountered Chris on the first floor. (we realised that we had dealt with Chris last year when we bought a bed settee from Pratts).
We told Chris what we were looking for and he talked us through the various possibilities - he was very understanding when we changed our minds part way through. Chris is very knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly, if there is anything he doesn't know he quickly finds out.
We have been shopping at Pratts since 2008 and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I visited the Leeds store today and Chris was very informative and helpful without being pushy for a sale. I did order a bed base and mattress and will return soon for a new sofa. Thanks Chris.

It was relatively busy in the store yesterday but the staff made sure i was looked after. Craig was looking after my order and he was also dealing with other customers but I was in no hurry and was happy to have a coffee and wait for a short time. Craig knows his business well. He explained what would happen between me ordering, and actually receiving my new sofa. Thanks Craig.

My first contact at Christopher Pratts was on the telephone with Mark Huntington after a horrendous experience at a well known sofa supplier. I found the same range at Christopher Pratts (be it under a different name) for around £800 cheaper. We then went in to the store to finalise our requirements and found that they actually offered a wider range of fabrics and didn’t charge any extra for the different grades of fabric as the other store did. We had a great experience with Mark, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, he even moved the sofa around to our requirements so we could see exactly what we were getting. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Mark.

Another great experience at Christopher Pratts Leeds, we have previously bought furniture here and will continue to do so, Andy Aylesbury processed our order for us today and it was a straightforward process as usual Andy was also very helpful. Shopping for wardrobes at Christopher Pratts was an absolute breeze thanks to David Tolchard. While we were browsing, he shared valuable furniture details without ever making us feel pressured to buy. When we decided to move forward, David made the entire purchase process simple, ensuring we had all the information we needed before placing our order. Exceptional customer service!

When I first walked into the store, I felt a little out of place and somewhat nervous, as I wasn't accustomed to shopping for furniture in this type of environment. Craig was a very welcoming face and immediately put me at ease. He seemed to know exactly the right approach to take without making me feel pressured.

He made sure I had all the information I needed and then encouraged me to take as much time as I wanted trying the chair. When I returned to the store, he explained the current offer and available discounts clearly and respectfully, which I really appreciated.

Before I made my purchase, Craig gave me a full breakdown of the costs and talked me through all the available options, allowing me to make a properly informed decision at my own pace.

The customer service I received from Craig was excellent throughout. He was knowledgeable, approachable and professional, and made what initially felt quite daunting into a very comfortable buying experience. I would highly recommend him.

Dog friendly store with great staff. No pressure selling. Chris let us explore on our own but was there to help every step of the way. Thanks Chris. Im sure we will be back again soon.

The service we received from Chris today was excellent. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable which is why in less than 10 mins he had looked up our purchasing history, discussed what we required, given us a choice of mattresses to purchase which we tried out and arranged and explained the purchase and delivery. What more does a customer need and require? Great service which is why we continue to return.

We visited the Leeds store as we are aware there is a lot of choice
We were greeted by Chris who explained all sofas on the first floor were available in material or leather
He then said I will leave you to have a look around I'm here if you need any help which was great as we have walked out of other shops after being pestered by sales men
He was very good at sensing the right time to approach again as he then gave great advice as to how everything worked and colours it was available in
Once we decided to order he worked out a good price giving great offers
We would definitely recommend Christopher Pratts and why not ask for Chris ?
