i like to thank the CPC advisor, very understanding and apologise for the upsettment cause to my dog scatter tube arrived unchecked for damaged faulty scruff marks and finger marks... she was really nice to me on phone could not be sorry enough and offered to collect my dogs ashes and replace in another scatter box and outer box or resend me another scatter box and outer box... i chose that opption as i could not be parted with prince again.... and they appologised for not checking (noticing) the condition of the scatter box before hand... amazing phone call and good custmor service by stacey... and for the understanding. they truly did rectify the situation..

We visited CPC Royston this week to give my sisters cat (Honey) a fitting send off.
Sadly we have been there many times with our own cats over some 17 years and the compassion they show really helps what is a heartbreaking time.
Losing part of your family is a devastating time but CPC Royston handle the situation with care and provide a perfect goodbye to all pets.
Cannot praise the staff too much, especially Vivienne on this latest occasion.

Absolutely terrible, I lost my beautiful basset hound Summer it was a terrible time for the whole family 💔 I called this company to look after my dog and arrange everything for me. I had a leaflet from the vets , I did not like the casket that was on the leaflet but the gentleman on the phone said there was only one more to choose from which had a picture in it. So I went for the beech casket. Hand crafted it said. I received my girl home yesterday and the casket was cheap and tacky and the spelling on the plaque was wrong 😑. I called the company spoke to one lady who said they would call me back. The manager called me and she spoke to me dreadfully!!! I was shocked. She said she had listened to the telephone recording and basically called me a liar!!! I asked her if she would send me a recording of the conversation she said no she can’t !!! Because I know 100% what I said and she was the one not telling the truth. She was not nice at all. She knew they were in wrong !! I had my son and mother with me when I made the phone call to arrange Summers cremation. I never made any mistakes. She said she would send me a new plaque which I received today in a envelope no letter no apology NOTHING ‼️. So now I have to chip off the old plaque!! I don’t think so !!! This wasn’t good enough for my baby !! I ended up contacting another company that looked after my other basset hound that passed in 2021. Luckily they still had my details. I have now ordered a new casket from them and when it comes this rubbish will go in the bin!!! These people do not care about you or your pet. They are obviously in it for the money. I still want the recording of the conversation. But I doubt I will get it !! And if they write under my review with a load of lies like they used on the phone don’t believe it!! That’s just covering their backs
AVOID ‼️‼️‼️
They use your grief cover up their mistakes saying you must of been confused!! Absolutely disgusting ‼️‼️
Extremely disappointed. Arranged for the cremation and the return of our beloved cat in a casket via our vets. His name was misspelled on the box, the date recorded for his cremation was before he had even passed and his ashes were in a black casket when we requested brown. It was absolutely heartbreaking the lack of detail and respect shown.

Our dog Betty died last week in a terrible and unexpected accident. We are completely devastated. A vet recommended CPC and we will always be grateful that he did. Our dog was cremated at the branch in Cambridge. Reuben and Vivien who work there couldn't have been kinder or more caring when we needed it the most. They talked us through everything, listened and checked all the way through the process that we hadn't or had changed out minds about every tiny detail. They made sure that we had everything that we needed. In our darkest hour they showed us hope, love and light. We can't thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. Betty was shown the dignity and love that she deserve and we could never ask for more than that. From the bottom of our hearts thank you.

I was advised I would receive a txt message regarding my pets ashes and when tbey would be delivered back to me , CPC have used DHL many times I found the service extremely reliable keeping me up to date on the return of my pet , however CPC is for some reason now using APC ... my pet was delivered back to me at 7.38am and at 3.15pm I then received a txt to say my pet would be arrived today ?? APC in my opinion is the worst unsympathetic and untrustworthy, for the price of the private cremation I really did expect better .

Everything from telephone assistance (with organising our boy Blue's cremation date/time/pickup from the vet) was made simple.
Then on arrival and during the time, Reuben at CPC made us all feel at ease and gave us the time required and was compassionate throughout our time there.
Will certainly remember our goodbye and recommend to others when trying to give their family member the send off they need.

During the saddest time of our lives CPC ensured that our dog Blue was in the best hands. We had him back in our home within 2 weeks and he arrived so well packaged.
The bluebell scatter tube was so pretty, this laid within a glossy, named box with his personalised cremation card.
Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

I have been waiting over two weeks now for my beloved rottweiler Hamlets Ashes. I am constantly ringing but never any answer. I left 6 messages last week. No one got back to me. It is distressing enough to loose your loved one but then for him to just have disappeared. I paid for individual cremation but I'm not sure if thats the case now as maybe you put them all together. I am very depressed and i feel ive lost him all over again each day I'm hoping he's coming home. I revieved an email saying a courier would brimg him when i want to know. When. It cant take that long surely.

Received my cat back today in opened packaging left on the doorstep for me to nearly stand on as he had been delivered to the wrong address - so the 1st person to hold my cat again was a complete stranger. As if his loss wasn’t bad enough he doesn’t even come home to the correct address, although the paperwork was correct. We were told who he was delivered to and even this was a lie as we know the person at that address, and they would have never opened package not for them and the picture does not even match their door. As if the heartbreak of losing him wasn’t bad enough - but on a plus side when i phoned to book his cremation I was told he has a good name for a cat (not even past tense) - that made me feel a whole lot better with his loss.

We lost our beloved little cat Fudge suddenly and unexpectedly last week. The out of hours vets, Vets Now in Glasgow gave us details of CPC Cares in Livingston should we like to cremate her. I spoke / sobbed to Sharon on the phone, who was incredibly kind and helped guide us. As Fudge passed so suddenly, we wanted to see her again before she was cremated, to spend some time with her and to get a couple of little paw prints as keepsakes. Sharon made the necessary arrangements and was incredibly compassionate, she went above and beyond to give us advice. On the day of cremation, when we got to see Fudge beforehand, the team at CPC had done an amazing job with Fudge, they had her wrapped in her favourite blanket, looking like she was simply curled up asleep. We got to add some pictures, a little note, some treats, and her favourite toy to go with her for the cremation. During an incredibly difficult time, their kindness and compassion helped immensely. Yvonne had at our request made an imprint of Fudges paw for us before we arrived and was extremely supportive.
It isn’t often you encounter people who are perfectly suited for the job they are doing, who truly care. Sharon, Yvonne and April are those people and we’ll be eternally indebted to them for their kindness and for taking such care of our precious girl. We have her home now, in a beautiful little casket.
To all the team at CPC in Livingston, but especially, Sharon, Yvonne and April, thank you.

Buddy was a husky/German shepherd cross who recently passed away suddenly and traumatically. Our vet explained that he would be taken to
CPC Cambridge and that we would have the opportunity to attend his cremation. CPC contacted us once he was with them and an emotional conversation was handled with care and consideration by Reuben. Everything was explained to us and a date for the cremation arranged.
On the day we arrived we were met by Vivian who explained how we would say goodbye to Buddy. Vivian was kind, considerate and empathetic and handled a delicate and potentially difficult situation with care and compassion. Everything had been thought of, even to the extent of where we could go locally to wait until we could bring Buddy home.
We were able to spend precious time with Buddy to say our goodbyes. He looked peaceful and calm and this brought us great comfort.
Although we are still heartbroken and know that the grieving process will take time, attending Buddy’s cremation and the way we were supported by all at CPC will definitely help us throughout this journey. We would highly recommend CPC to anyone in this situation.

After our beloved black Labrador passed away on the 31/1/24, today we got to say our final goodbye’s. CPC Cambridge Team have been amazing from the start when I first spoke to them last Thursday. After reading through the leaflet our vets gave us we found out that we could attend the cremation and say one last goodbye.
When arrived for our appointment this morning we was greeted by Vivienne who was amazing, she reassured us that our beautiful dog (Jem) had been well looked after and was ready for us to see her. We also got some paw prints done and some of her fur to take home with us. We was given about 10/15 mins with our baby girl before we watched her go into the chamber. (We was also allowed to leave Jem her favourite treats and toys and some photos of her family and letters to go with her)
We went off for 3 hours untill she was ready to be picked up, when we arrived Vivienne came to our car and said that she had Jem ready for us to take home.
Overall the service was fantastic from start to finish, they communicated with us the whole time to let us know that she was being taken care of and was comfortable aswell. Want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at CPC Cambridge (especially Vivienne) for a lovely service for our fur baby.

5***** Highly Recommend.
I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU!! to CPC in Cambridge. Our beloved family member Trouble the Shihtzu passed away on Wednesday 24/01/24 and cremated on Friday 26/01/24. We were recommended CPC for cremation services via PDSA Hendon. Although being devastated and distraught, the process went smoothly. I was beyond heartbroken, and inconsolable and knew I needed final closure to be able to pass through the bereavement period more easily. I did not know untill after payment and arrangements made for cremation about other services available at CPC but somehow discovered via the website being present at time of cremation was possible, at an extra fee of course but it meant the world to see him once more before cremation. (At the vets is was too traumatic and sudden to take everything in and say a proper goodbye which I'm sure would had contributed to a lengthy bereavement period for me and family). At CPC seeing Trouble again, in almost human quality like care...(It reminded me of my mums recent cremation). The care was so fantastic. Trouble had been taken to CPC Cambridge promptly/ luckily for us the collection was made on the same day as he passed, We were allowed to meet our fur child again, say final goodbyes etc. At CPC Cambridge at our appointment time, In dignity and privacy Trouble was presented to us looking so comfortable like he had been well looked after whilst not with us and looked "heavenly" and ... simply sleeping.
We viewed the cremation on a screen after saying goodbye.
The weather on the day was perfect, the location is super peaceful with a wonderful memorial garden and grounds where you can take some time to reflect or scatter ashes if you dont want to take home etc. We were able to have a paw print made, cut a lock of hair etc.
We were able to bring Trouble's ashes home with us on the same day in a wonderfully presented box, with a sympathy card and "forget me not" flower seeds, bereavement information and cremation certificate etc. We spent the waiting time between a local cafe not too far away and the memorial garden.
It gave us time to reflect, pay last respects and grieve for a very very special pet who we considered a child/family member.
Had this fantastic service not been available to me, I would have been stuck suffering severe bereavement.
Leaving CPC Cambridge on Friday with Trouble. I felt at peace and alot more able to move on without being too tearful and heartbroken.
A huge Thankyou to Vivian for her 5* help/care/concern.
and Kevin the grounds keeper for taking time to chat with us.
Thankyou!!! you are Angel's.
For anyone suffering pet bereavement, I would highly recommend CPC Cambridge especially paying a tiny bit extra to give your beloved one a little more time and to be there on the final part of their journey home.
Many many thanks again for the fabulous service we received. Much much appreciated ♡
Rachael, Teejay and all of Trouble's family xxxxxx

Thank you everyone at CPC Tewkesbury, I am very grateful for the efficient and caring cremation of my cat Harry on 9 January 2024.
Harry had been a patient at the PDSA Pet Hospital in Cardiff, but unfortunately following surgery, he developed heart failure and there was no other option than to sadly euthanase him on the evening of the 3rd of January. This was perhaps one of the most hardest decisions of my entire life, he was my companion cat, my soul-mate and for me it was pretty emotionally upsetting to say the very least.
Harry's euthanasia was carried out in a compassionate and caring manner by PDSA and we then proceeded to tell our vet that we wanted a personal cremation for Harry, our vet then told us about the pet cremation services offered by CPC at Tewkesbury. We were given Harry's death certificate number by PDSA in order to arrange his personal cremation and the contact details of CPC.
On Friday 5th January my daughter contacted CPC to arrange a personal cremation for Harry and also selected an urn. The lady on the switchboard was extremely helpful and kind - that really helped a lot, thank you.
I was duly notified by the courier on the 11th January, that Harry's cremains would be arriving the following day (12th) which also included a tracking number. I was able to go into the courier website and track Harry on his way home.
Harry's cremains arrived home on the 12th January, they were personally handed to me by a nice courier. Inside was a box containing his urn, accompanied by a card giving the date of Harry's cremation as the 9th January, signed by CPC on behalf of the PDSA which I thought was a rather nice thought. His urn is a beautiful black cat curled up as if in sleep, in just the same way my boy used to curl up and sleep on his favourite chair.
Thank you CPC at Tewkesbury, you helped greatly and were there in our hour of need.
