Easy to contact, quick to answer the phone, had the information to hand to answer my query.

II've been with Coventry for approximat 20 years but the interest rates dipped for a while so I went elsewhere, however the rates are competitive again but I had to start afresh and found it quite difficult to sort out, I think it could be. streamlined. I have to add what a joy it was to speak to a human being who were brilliant and extremely polite, far better than speaking to an idiot machine

Unacceptable level of customer service. After completing all questions to prove the account holder was me within 10 minutes they decided to re ask the same questions. Their attitude of talking down to customers is unacceptable. I currently have 3 different accounts with them but as soon as they expire I will be taking my business elsewhere. People of my generation, baby boomers, need to be aware they take great care in upsetting us as though we are a nuisance. You have been warned

Incredibly helpful customer service over the phone. The lady really went above and beyond to be helpful and think through what to do, timings snd options for our mortgage.

CBS used to be great to deal with but no more! Generally poor website that lacks adequate & accurate information when opening an account & then my bank flags the business as a fraud risk when trying to set up payment to new account. I've wasted hours & finally given up!! I'll use a different financial institution in future.

One word describes Coventry - incompetent! Every thing is a struggle and takes forever.

Fantastic Building Society, great service, you can actually pick up the phone and talk to someone. Cannot praise them enough.

Always find dealing with Coventry building society a pleasant experience mainly down to the knowledgeable staff who listen and support to solve any issues you may have. The online experience is good and you could easily navigate the system but it’s always reassuring to ring and talk through your queries with a friendly person.

Transferred a Isa to Coventry. And during my visit l believed that l hadn't used this years allowance. But while l was filing paper work away l realised that l had already taken one out with another provider. Returned to branch the next day. Explained to the girl on the desk who went thought what l had done. Contacted Head office and within 10 minimates she sorted it out the ISA was cancelled and the money was returned to me with interest paid on 10 days the account was open. Now all l need to do is wait for HMRCs tax bill on the interest..

I had been worrying over my account which was due to mature, when I phoned Coventry Building Society all my questions were answered in a helpful, patient caring way I didn’t have to wait too long for my call to be answered which is unusual these days.

Lovely staff on the phone, nothing appeared too much trouble, my questions were answered by knowledgeable staff who were kind and considerate

The colleague Sky that I spoke to was extremely helpful and went over and above to deal with my maturity instructions on behalf of my husband and myself. She followed all security protocols in a professional manner and in a very pleasant and patient manner. The excellent staff are a big reason why I stay with the Coventry Building Society.

Was so easy and straightforward to open a new account and apply for isa online. I had no problem with anything from giving my id to transferring money.
I am 65 year old and sometimes find it difficult to understand banking online but again found this easy

I recently opened two new accounts with Coventry on line and had several questions. I phoned the helpline three times that morning and each time my call was answered very promptly by an experienced person who was able to sort everything out for me. They were so helpful and I am delighted with my new accounts. Also great that they pay good interest rates for monthly interest which is what I was looking for and their website is very straightforward.

I hate dealing with financial matters so greatly appreciate the efficiency and pleasant attitude of your staff
