Update to my negative review on Friday.
The company called me to apologise. They closed early on Friday for staff training and believed they had sent emails to anyone picking up currency that day. They could see that for some reason I never received said email.
My apology from the company was sincere and accepted. I believe if genuine mistakes are made and a personal phone received to apologise, then it is only fair to write another review to praise the company.
Because of their prompt handling of my complaint and the sincere nature in which it was delivered, I will definitely be using the company again.

Brilliant service from Juliana. Needed to sell 23K euros cash. All process was smooth and easy with Juliana. Another companies didn't want deal with that amount of cash.
