Great idea, poor execution

I have never shopped with Coutie before but was extremely impressed with the service I received. It was informative, professional, reliable and very quick. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.

Rapid dispatch and delivery, no issues.
The only criticism l have is l was unable to figure out how to switch the language from German to English. Other than that, it was a fairly easy and straightforward purchase.

I was very surprised how fast the handling and shipment was. I bought it on a Thursday night and by Wednesday morning it was delivered with care and as expected. It was a present for my nephew and he was super happy as we couldn't find his size in Brazil. Too bad Brazil charges outrageous import fees that costs more than the shoes, but that is not Coutie fault. Very happy, would definitely use them again.

Outstanding product. I got the van shoes and a t shirt. Sizing was spot on.

I didn’t received my package !!! I’m not satisfied at all !!! Watching for the tracking and I dont know where it is !!!! It indicates that the label has been created and is waiting for the carrier !!!! This is absurd !

Communication around receiving my order and an expected delivery time would have been welcomed. I understood the timeframe that's given for custom products, but it would have been nice to know. As luck would have it, it didn't take long to have them shipped and arrived approx 5 working days after receiving notification that they were in the air.

Now that I have my custom Vans I couldn't be happier, they look and feel great. Glad to have come to Coutie for these. Most likely won't be my last visit to their store in the future.

the service was good, my complaint is that its a totally different colour than the picture, it looks very yellow online but orange when it arrived. I wanted to send them back but postage & import fees too expensive, paid a lot for the trainers, would have been better for the colour grade on the photo to be as accuarate as the product

Fast shipping and kind and fast customer service

Hello, I received my shoe pair very fast and it is in excellent condition and quality - however there is a difference in the color from the pictures and what I have received (closer to Orange than yellow). Regardless it is so nice to look at that I am not sure if I am going to return it or start wearing it :)

Excellent shop, perfect packaging and timely shipping, the products are beautiful and of excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this store and will definitely make new purchases!
