Please offer another delivery service but DHL
Your service is nice but you only give the choice of DHL delivery, and they are always delivering late deliver and always to a neighbour, which is a big inconvenience. I try to avoid DHL delivery, and every time i had no choice they do it again, they send an e-mail telling you they’ll deliver on wednesday and then you check and there was a mistake with the delivery so they do it on thursday and to a neighbour, when i was at that time at the house, they not even ring my door. Please consoder offering another delivery option like Hermes or Dpd.

We had a technical error in the system and you were shown an item that we no longer have in the range in the same size. We are very sorry.
The warehouse sent you an email before the package was sent, the email could also have ended up in your spam folder. Please reply to the email and we will send you a shopping voucher as compensation.
The invoice was adjusted and the missing item set to 0.
You pointed out to us that you are not satisfied with the quality of the other goods, we will definitely find a good solution for this, please contact the customer service and describe the problem and what it is, thank you.

Perfect products and delivery

The first time i ordered from you i waited more than three weeks and nothing arrived and it took you so long to repay me ,you first Repaid the delivery and then the Repaid for the actual item,the second time i was very hesitant to order off your website but i thought I should give it another chance since you do have some really cool stuff ,and it went okay ,the delivery takes longer than other online shops but it’s okay
