Bryan and Demetris are a credit to the company and should be praised for their professional work on the delivery . Both friendly and helpful and took time for us to thoroughly check the goods.

We were welcomed to the store, given time to look around and when we indicated that we had some questions Paul(Foxall) was really helpful. He had plenty of time for me, answered questions, made suggestions and smoothly delt with my purchases. The only downside to the experience was that one item I particularly wanted was out of stock, but after a bit of research Paul said the items were likely to be available in the New Year.

Debra, Darren, Erin & Joe were each 100% professional & 100% understanding.
There had been mix ups which were entirely of my making & all four of these wonderful people helped me to resolve the mess I had made.
I cannot commend them & the Cotswold Company enough. How marvellous to find such service.

Excellent communication and delivery service

Beautiful furniture, feels solid and strong. Delivery was very efficient. They arrived in the delivery slot and took the furniture to the rooms we wanted it in. Friendly and considerate staff (Ross and Gavin). Would happy buy from Cotswold Co again.

Bryan & Demetris were fantastic, professional and did a great job and delivering multiple large items of furniture into our new home. Really friendly people that align with the quality of the product.

They were very friendly and efficient on the phone to arrange delivery as we had to change the date several times. The Drivers let us know roughly what time they would be with us. They arrived on time. The kitchen larder cupboard was a very large piece of furniture. They planned how they would get it into the correct place and brought it in very carefully. They took all packaging away with them. We were extremely happy with there service. Unfortunately the shelf fittings were not sent. They checked the van to make sure they hadn't come off. They were very apologetic, and advised they would contact Head Office to get them sent to us ASAP.

As always entering Cotswold is serene and calming experience. Immediately greeted by a smile and enquiry of help required by a charming assistant. Help was given in securing exactly what I had chosen and then beautifully packaged whilst having a pleasant chat. A favourite store for me when thinking of gifts also.

The store enables us to see furniture in reality rather than purely online. This is important to make the right decision. The store has a great selection of products, is inspiring and pleasant to be in. Staff are skilled in knowing when to help and when to give customers time to think. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is our third or fourth visit and the standard of service and experience remained just as high as ever.

I wasn’t told the arrival time so was woken up by the delivery guys call early in the morning.
