I walked into the shop, just browsing and was met with smiles. A lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I was looking for but the staff guided me we no -intrusive but useful questions to help me determine the choices to be made. I shall return soon to make my purchase.

Mark Anthony, Sales ,was very patient with us whilst we were choosing and deciding about our purchase. He was more than helpful and very knowledgeable.

Visited the Harpenden store a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Staff are always welcoming and attentive with no question ever being too much.

I was assured in the store my delivery would be on June 24Th 2026 and my invoice confirmed it. I was unaware that the delivery date had changed. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. With no help from customer service, not a good experience

The entire process of ordering was very easy, staff is extremely helpful, particularly Nancy, who has helped me with choosing the right piece for my home and talked me trough the ordering and delivery process.

The product we purchased had a price reduction and because of a previous purchase, we didn’t need to pay for delivery.

I visited the Harpenden Store recently and felt that the staff were not interested. I have lived in Harpenden nearly all my life. I noticed when a couple walked in they were greeted but I felt I was ignored. Some of these customers are pretentious newcomers to Harpenden. I was going to order some items not a large order but a quite a few items. I will not be doing this now and I will not be going back. Sharpen up your act Cotswold Company. Not impressed at all

Very helpful when I visited the store in Bath. Following this and measuring up, I ordered on line which was very straight forward. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful.

We had six dining chairs delivered on time. They are inexpensive, look smart and good value; so far they're working well, being used regularly.

Was served by Harsha in the Harpenden Branch and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . A very good experience , will be going back to order more in the future and will endeavour to be served by her again

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by member of staff. Without any pressure staff will help you look for items we were searching for. They offered advice and even told us about a sale that was taking place in store. The store itself is beautiful played out, with furniture and furnishings with every item put together really well. They definitely should offer an interior design service, if they don't already!
