Laser hair removal
My last laser procedure was painless and fast (almost while body 45min). Some places you can already see great results. Now I will do it in few months again. The best time to do this procedure is in winter, because you don't have to worry about sun exposure.

Had an appointment to have my skin checked before a procedure by their dermatologist. Was recommended to get a spot checked before doing any treatments. My dermatologist agreed that it should be removed. So thank you very much to Cosmo for flagging this. Very happy to recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic treatments.

Will not be purchasing the service
Had the initial consultation and I will not be purchasing the service.
Unfriendly receptionist to the extent of rude.
Impersonal attitude of the treatment specialist.
Did not really feel like a consolation, more like reading of "terms of use" and collecting my data in their system.

i am sorry we did no live up to your expectations.
As explained to you by telephone the reading "of terms of use" is required by the health authorities. We take our business seriously and our consultations are more than just a friendly chat.
As you were late for your appointment we reached you by phone and this, I understand, irritated you tremendously. We do call our customers if they are late - just to hear if they are on their way or perhaps have forgotten their appointment.
I apologize that this had such a negative effect on you.
I will relay our conversation and talk to my staff about your perception of how they handled your visit.
Once again I am sorry you had such a bad experience with Cosmo - this is really not how we are known.

I have REALLY BAD rosacea and broken capillaries… to the point I won’t leave the house without foundation. This has been an issue for me for as long as I can remember. I went to Cosmo Laser with the hopes of it being able to help. I payed for several laser treatments and they burned me so bad with the laser I now have two scars on my face that won’t go away (dating back from 2016).
After being so disappointed with the result from cosmo laser I didn’t think laser could work but I was desperate for some help my rosacea.
I finally, in 2021 went to my doctor and got a referral to a dermatologist concerning my rosacea. She was SHOCKED that cosmo laser which should be a reputable place did not inform me being as my rosacea was as bad as it was would be covered!!! She said that they absolutely know what is covered by the state and that I should have been informed which they neglected to do in order to get a paycheck. So I payed thousands of kr. to get scars my face and nose to then be informed that this would be covered!

I cannot comment on anything specific unless you kindly give me your permission to see your full name and possibility to run though your journal. I have requested just moments ago. Private information is not for others to see - but I want to reply here as well in more general therms.
It's been 5 years, and I wonder how come you did not reach out to us before and asked for medical advise? Im also curious why you waited 5 years to see a dermatologist and not immediately after in 2016, if you did not wanted our help? We have a Doctor (also dermatologist) in the house several days a week (both day and evening), and its standard procedure to see the doctor ASAP when we, one rare time, get to over treat someone or need advice whether the condition could be covered by the state or its a more cosmetic/private issue we are about to handle.
We have thousands of customers each year, and I can assure you that we dont advice "just for the paycheck" - we want happy customers in the long run and have no interest in "fast cash" and a bad reputation. We have existed for 12 years with returning customers during the years because our customers trust us and our professionalism and because we take action when needed also when things, on rare cases, not goes perfectly as they should.
Thanks for reaching out - I hope to get in touch with you and get to see trough your process - we always aim to improve and Im sure we can learn from this episode if you help us with your inputs.

Horrible customer service
I knew i was going to be 5 min late for appointment. Called 40 min before to let them know, someone picked up and then when I said i will be late, noone replied. Afterwards tried calling again 5 times, noone picked up. When i finally managed to get through i was almost there, the lady said that if I am going to be 5-10 delayed then she can't take me. I have to reschedule.
Wasted 2 hours of commute time, just to be rescheduled when i was almost there. And the appointment was for consultation where they just say "yeah you can do laser, remember to do this and that".

True, you called me once, I didn't manage to pick up, never contacted me again.
I am aware you wrote down how important is to be on time, and that was a reason I was trying to get a hold of the clinic 40 min before I was supposed to show up to inform you about 5 minutes delay. The first call went through, received no reply after I explained my case, then I continued to call until I was almost there. When I was already at the train station, I managed to get through and was told, it is not possible to take me in even though I was the last customer for the day and would be late 5 min.
I never bother writing the reviews, this situation was just a super bad experience. We're not talking about 30 min, we're talking about a delay of 5 min as I was already in Norreport when I got through. I should not have called you at all, cos If I didn't try to be nice and just showed up with my 5 minutes delay you would probably take me in, as again I was the last one, there were no people after me, and I wouldn't waste 2 hours on a useless trip.
One plus for you, you refunded me smoothly for all the treatments I bought beforehand.

First of all; we are truly sorry about this situation. I also know the staff has been trying to reach out to you to talk things trough and learn from the experience.
We really try to stress the importance of showing up in time, because we have a lot of customers waiting in line for their appointment and the staff often are fully booked weeks in advance. It's emphasized both in the confirmation email and the text reminders.
We seek to squeeze in customers running late whenever we can, because we want to go that extra mile whenever possible, but in this case it was not possible, unfortunately.
I have been going through the timeline that evening and the phonecall log with the staff. They have informed me that you were told over the phone, that the best thing to do was to reschedule your appointment, because of you were late and we were about to close for the day. It might have saved you some of the time to reschedule by the phone. If we have not been clear about this - my apologies. It's a part of our service procedure in this case and I will of course make sure we follow that protocol every time.
A last note on this, and why we do not rush our consultations; For us its very important to have time enough to do a thorough consultation to make sure we get all the information needed about you and your health and needs - and that is for the safety of our customers - not to be annoying or rigid.
I wish you the very best, and hope to see you again for your consultation and treatments.

Mega rude and ultra misbehavior on the…
Mega rude and ultra misbehavior on the part of the therapist, racism that I have never experienced before in Denmark. I was horribly insulted when I arrived for being late (I had called in earlier to inform I was delayed due to a crash on the motorway). She offered to give the 5 minute treatment only to then bring me into the room and continue to be aggressive. Had to leave without the treatment for the fear of getting burnt during the session. Am glad it was the last of my sessions that I had paid for 8 months ago - would never want to go again.
I would not recommend Hørsholm as a center, especially after knowing she was nice when signing up and totally arrogant on the last two encounters.
Response and Clarification 22-06-2021:
I was 14 minutes late and was seated patiently in the waiting room. Drove 40 km each way, and a courtesy call 40 min earlier than own appointment time was clearly not respected. We are all busy, but we try conversations at a basic human/ respectable level.
As mentioned earlier, the aggressiveness and the behavior (rude, and racist- ) made me walk out. One can not be expected to put trust in such a therapist (thus the claim of the burns).
My experience is my own, the first in Denmark and the last with Cosmo.

Even though we were fully booked, we still offered to give you the treatment. We did tell you due to the lack of time, we had to do it faster than normal.
